What do you like best about the product?
It has a very user-friendly interface and the use is very intuitive. The native integration with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 works excellently and simplifies the life of the salesperson.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is definitely necessary to improve the management of meetings, because it is not possible to modify the status of the meeting directly from the new prospect dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of my sales pipeline and manage the sales team by analyzing the performance of each SDR. Creating quotes is very fast!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot takes away those time sappers of sales, allows automated emails, repetive paragraphs in emails are gone with snippets and great insights on custoemr behaviour on our emails and links
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are it is not fully customisable on the UI as other CRMS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives us greater insights into rep activity and deal progress, it also allows us to focus on dceal sprints to increase revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about HubSpot Sales is the ability for any member of the team to have the capability to access centralized information, and the ease of interoperability when syncing emails and outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customization and ability to hide fields the team doesn't use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to centralize both sales and marketing automation into one platform. This provides our sales team with real time data regarding prospects and outreach.

A lot of options that aren't always the most clear. Gorgeous website but sometimes tends to be not user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows my company to track clients from the moment they come in contact with our external efforts to conversion through our sales professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I "dislike". The tool is effective and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before utilizing HubSpot Sales Hub, our email strategies were not performing or being tracked. With the Hub, we've been able to identify pain points in both our organic and promotional email efforts and adjust our strategies to better improve our sending domain and better engage customers.

There really isn't much I don't like. They are always coming out with new features.

I think it is very user friendly and highky customizable to your organization

Sometimes we run into limitations when building out reporting or with embedding videos into sequences, being the analytics side is lacking

It is a good way for us to track deals

Ease of onboarding and customizations. Reportng capabilities for all sales activities and engagements. User friendly interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of using HubSpot Sales Hub. The support and HubSpot Academy are amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to download dash board reports to Excel

Keeps our pipe line on track. Very easy to keep all the information in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
While I am fairly new to HubSpot, having come from using Dynamics 365, HubSpot is a much more robust and easier to use tool. It is very user-friendly. And HubSpot provides amazing support and educational materials!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike as of yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping me to solve problems for my customer by allowing me to provide them with a robust CRM solution.
