Nice tool to run sales reachout transparently
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot saleshub lets us run automated sequence workflows to target a larger TAM and also have a check on customer journey touchpoint across inbound outbound and marketing, thus making it an effective reachout overall
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit on an expensive side to subscribe to the entire ecosystem

Helps us align all the reachouts on a same dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
I like how much information you can add and how specific you can be. I also like that because of how much information you can add, how detailed a search I can then perfom to find a contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that you can pin a 'Note' but I would be great if I could pin more than one at a time, this would be very useful! It would also be great if I didn't have to downlaod a Word Document of a contacts file just to view it and would be nice if i could preview a Word Docuemnt similar to how it works with a PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for many contacts and HubSpot allows us to keep their information and be able to search for a specific contact very quickly and contact them in both large and small groups on updates from our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Task Management, Email integration and tracking, Call integration, and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I don't have anything that I Dislike about Hubspot sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email integration and tracking are the features that are really benefiting us, which help us to know about the activity of the prospect and also help in further communication with them.

I consider HubSpot a really handy tool when it comes to recollect information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one, in general HubSpot is a really complete software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having such an easy and practical format, HubSpot helps me find any information I need really easily and most importantly: it does it fast.
"Best in Sales Intelligence"
What do you like best about the product?
Right from deal tracking to sales automation, the platform's comprehensive approach simplifies the sales workflow and is something that I really liked about Hubspot Sales Hub in the first place. I also like its ability to integrate with third-party applications (especially CRM & Business Gmail) as it helps the user to gain insights and gather sales intelligence instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have personally faced a lot of log-in issues off-late and the customer support can be a bit more prompt and timely in responding as they generally take a minimum of 4 business days to address the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales intelligence and analytics for sure. The granularity it offers in terms of the number of opens and clicks really helps the sales reps in tracking down active engagements which are critical to bring in new opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep leads organized while the team is in communication with them. As a growing small business it is a great tool to start with especially since they offer so much at a low cost for new and developing companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I am unsure. We are new to using it. All of their people have been really great at helping esxplain how to use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now track our leads and the emailswe send out to them as well as categorize other emails that are coking in.
Great CRM experience
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot tasks and CRM logging from emails is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeline views and forecast can be a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot ensures the business has a full view of all deals and engagements going on with that deal. This benefits us by keeping transparency across pipeline and meaning anyone can pick up a deal and go.

Customizable to fit our ever changing needs.

Not all intergrations work seemlessly or as they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to keep track of our customer and where they are in the real estate process for their individual journeys. We keep track of emials and calls we made to them. As well as see what websites they used to get to our service. This helps us stay organized and keep track of our customers needs.
Outstanding CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Call log in and traking. Notes, Kanban view.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no feature to make calls from Bangladesh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer conversations tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking - Knowing when they are opening my emails / SMS Feauture to allow me to reach them.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the fields that I have to update after a contact. Time consuming and having to keep learning more... Wish it was like a phone here - USE IT.
