All in One Tool for Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
All the information for a lead or a client including invoices to support conversation history with employees everything comes into one portal which makes it easy for the sales and support team to manage customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration to automatically track WhatsApp chats or maybe integration with WhatsApp business API to directly chat with contacts in WhatsApp within the HubSpot portal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all the information at one place and ability to engage or start communication from the portal

I like the mass market email aspect. That is a good feture

I would like to create personal list for me to be able to have all my previos clients in a spot for particular sales. Also another thing that would be nice for me to be able to assing my task to myself bc it is a very fast and efficint way to contact my leads.

Lead Management, this has been my first crm i used.

Friendly UX that is easy to navigate through which helps AEs with CRM hygene.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capabilities can be lacking at times and not as robust as Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use Hubspot to Round Robin inbound leads to AEs, we are using the sequence capabilties to track, monitor and analyze perforamnce of various campaigns & we are using it to forecast pipelines.

A lot of limitations, constant upsells, limited property editing abilities

Easy To Integrate
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's ease of use and compatibility with Salesforce was a big reason why we originally implemented it in 2018. We havent even considered another option because Hubspot has been amazing for us. The two systems sync almost flawlessly and whenever we have issues, the customer support team does wonders. Highly reccomend Hubspot Sales Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say many bad things about Hubspot Sales Hub. I use it quite frequently and rarely have any issues or "dislikes" about it. It's a great system that works as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub solves all of our marketing campaign issues. Before Hubspot we had all these different softwares for each campaign type but it's been integral to have all of that living in one place. From Website forms all the way to how we track webinar visitors - it does it all for us.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite tool is the Prospecting (beta) feature.
it's really helpful to see the progress of all the sequences I'm running, activity, and overdue/upcoming tasks.
I use the tool every day, and it helps me stay on track.

That sometimes I have to keep logging in to my account, however I understand that it's standard policy for security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with valueable contacts for target accounts, and measuring success based on targeted outreach.

Sometimes the company auto populates incorrectly, it took a while to figure out the software and where things are at
