Prospecting tool is very useful to see when your prospects are engaging with content and emails.

- hubspot automation is sometimes incorrect (workflows are hard to get right)
- signing quotes can be difficult with customers

It's solving the problem of not being organized. With the CRM we can be organized and communicate on a high level about our sales strategy.

Ease of use, straight forward inputting data. Perfect all-in-one CRM system. Ive been using Hubspot fopr many years and this is just the best.

Nothing would change in my eyes. Ive used multiple CRM and Sales hub systems and thats the bottom line.

1. It lacks certain basic sales related features. For example, the Sequences are great, but they lack customizability and minor UX niggles.
2. If the sales hub can be easily paired up with an external tool, that would make it even more powerful. Like meeting bots and email replies.

- Outlook integration is superb where don't have to use CRM frequently but you can push the data from the mailbox itself.

An additional frequent grievance is that novice users may find the system somewhat daunting. When you only need a simple screwdriver, it's like receiving a Swiss Army knife. Therefore, it's more a case of having too much of a good thing than a dislike.

it's highly limiting in certain features for reporting and extracting data and also the navigation is clunky and there are too many clicks you need to do for making calls integrating other apps and to do a single task like edit any info of a contact you have to click several places to do

Calling to more countries via Hubspot calling would be great. I know this number is increasing but it would be fantastic to now have to use any backup VOIP system to call some countries.
