Has been my go to Sales enablement software and CRM for some time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is not just a CRM like Salesfore. It is not just a sales enablement tool like Salesloft. It is not just these two things combined!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional gliches (usually get sorted quickly).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing deals and conversations from the very first stage of outbound to customer support and retention.

Ease of use for every scenario!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can use other programs to integrate to Hubspot and make it feel seemless. It can be converted in a one stop shop where you can do anything from Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some bad experiences where certaing Steps ina sequence get stuck and I realize it too late. Then I have to create a ticket. Although the ticket is resolved within 24 hrs just the hasle of frequent;y having to create it bothers me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the need to have seperate programs /software since Hubspot integrates so well with the great majority it saves me time and makes me feel a sense of organization since I dont have to open a new tab and loggin to another program.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and number of tools for Sales, including smart automations
What do you dislike about the product?
Could propose templates of structure to organise a sale team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation in sales. Often have to manage loads of contacts and reminders to call or write back to customers. Not easy with the quantity of leads. Hubspot allow to keep control and program automation to send the message automaticly and stay in touch with leads. More over it's important to schedule demonstration and the calendar help to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot’s new AI assistant makes prospecting easier by helping draft emails and suggesting follow-ups automatically.
The updated Sales Workspace feels cleaner and faster — everything I need is in one place.
The mobile app is much better now, so I can update deals and tasks easily when I’m on the move.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be more flexible for smaller teams.
Quoting and order management still feels a bit complex.
More simple customization options would help non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its very use for customer data managment for sales purpose. also customer support and creating new businees.

What do you like best about the product?
It's features like the filters in checking the activities help me find the accurate information
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances where, when you check your inbox and you're trying to find a specific email, it doesn't scroll down properly. There's like a bug; it does that on the activity section as well, especially if you're looking for a specific email way back years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are times that emails don't send properly due to sudden maintenance on the website

Ease of tracking sales prospects and activty!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to add the photos of my clients to their profile so I can always remember who I am talking to even though I talk to many people daily. I love that I can make calls from within the app, keep track of my meetings, calendars, tasks. I only need to go one place to find the information I need - Hubspot! I can also have email templates, files and other attachments within the app to quickly send to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a feature that you could scroll through contacts with an arrow to the right and you didn't have to always go back to contacts, contacts to see your contacts. There are times when I would just like to go to the next file and a next button at the top that allowed me to do so would be fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This bridges the gap of communication from our Operations team and sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot allows you to see your activity and the direct data to your activity that allows you to tweak and adjust how you interact with clients via email or phone calls. I love that its is very user friendly and ultimately anything that I think of that i may need to help me do my job better seems to have already been thought of by the Hubspot team and available for me to utilize
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing i would say i dislike about Hubspot is that data on the reports dashboar is not in real time however it usualy reflects properly within 5 mins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all things related to clients as well as my data regarding KPI's and engagment

What do you like best about the product?
The search is great, dashboards are good.

I find the email outlook extension difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides great identifation as to where sales leads come from. Plus, keeps track of customers and the status of their deals.

The chrome extension is pretty lackluster, it doesn't really give me any help.

It's helping us to keep track of all the activity of our leads.

What do you like best about the product?
There are always new features added, but the prospecting side of lead management is definitely much more intuitive than anything on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult if you have to use LinkedIn Navigator and Salesloft as APIs to our HubSpot, with the quality of people's data. I would say without Operations Hub too, it becomes difficult to maintain data integrity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep an eye on your prospects, for our SDRs it is much easier having one area where all interactions are recorded, or even visitations.
I think this makes everything much easier to view, and helps them to prioritise their workload each week.
