What do you like best about the product?
The ability to streamline sales into service (ticket management). It's customizable to our business model and great oversight into the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inbox management. Lacks customization (or i I haven't figure out how to change my inbox to the view/style I like).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping sales really streamline processes and increasing reachability to potential new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is user-friendly, and it is so easy to use. You can schedule future emails to streamline your work flow. I love that your email is connected, saving you time to log emails received from customers. Any customer that requires support is easily resolved, as everything in one place, from email to phone system integration, makes it so much more convenient, as I make use of this system daily. 10 out of 10, and I highly recommend it to all businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time with the integrated system of emails and phone calls.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very helpful for keeping track of jobs. It allows me to avoid losing jobs along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a while for the connection to my email to actually work. I find it's not always up to date right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our business to avoid losing track of jobs if a customer takes a while to email us back. It's a convenient place to keep all the jobs and notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration and features for sequenece and text campaigns. Easy to add new deals and keep track of tasks and wins. Integration of outlook emails to save on hubspot automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
downside is only being able to add 50 contacts per sequence. I think upping it to 100-200 would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping with building a database of contacts to source through and creating deals for pipeline review.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales has a range of brilliant, useful simple tools. The task tool is particularly useful for remembering to follow up with customers. I'm a huge fan of the prospecting/activity feed too... the ease of just clicking one button to see all those people who have interacted with emails! Alll of the features are easy to use with no complexity to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dsilike about Hubspot,it has everything I need! I think a good thing would be to somehow iunegrate Hubspot with LinkedIn, I think a lot of users would be pleased to see this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Solves al;l of the complex problems that other CRM's have such as a simple layout, easy to navigate around. Hubspot benefits me with email tracking (being easy to see whos opened my emails) and clicked through). It benefits me being able to make lists and import important things.

Sales Hub is a game changer for me

What do you like best about the product?
For me the most helpful parts of Sales Hub is the Prospecting section. I use it for clearing out tasks, tracking sequences, and seeing who has been checking out my emails. Whenever I need to get some activity up, I head to this page. I use this feature every day. It was incredibly easy for me to learn how to use the Sales Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no tracking of deals within the propecting section, it would be helpful to be able to see those there was well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing our organization a place to track sales that seamlessly integrates with marketing as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that is very straight forward and simple to use. It provides an all in one solution for everything you need to do to prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that could be improved upon is the opportunity attachment to all the contacts within hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is keeping me organized and allowing me to stay on top of all my prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fantastic. i've not used it before this role and I found it really easy to learn how to use and really appreciate the automation side of it. I use it near enough everyday and can't imagine not using.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be handy if I could edit sequences to enrolments even if the sequence was already underway. I've had a few situations where I've made a mistake in the email and thee's nothing I can do to stop it other than unroll and start again which can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of people who I need to contact - makes it so much easier and quicker as I can do it bulk
