A great Platform the perform all type of Sales automation features avaialbe these days

analytics and reporting doesnt really offer helpful data and hard to understand or present

it made the sales process in one place including features such as contact management, email tracking, deal tracking, document sharing, sales automation

The rather old.look like interface and few glitch ( frozen) experienced

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot's sales hub for quite a while to run targetted sequences and account-based marketing, the best part is that we exactly know how the customer journey has been impacted by both our sales and marketing efforts and take logical plans for the next big acquisition. Hubspot sales and maketing hub when used together can give us insane data on how our ICPs behave and respond to our team's effort.

The platform is quite costly for startups in early stage

We are able to automate sales reachout and tasks using the system

The integration with hubspot is AMAZING! this has streamlined so many of our processes and give me the ability to lightlen my data entry load

When information is pulled into Hubspot is seems that sometime data is missing,

Clean Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Above all else the convenience of contact management and sales task setting is extremely helpful in organizing weekly sales goals. It's not hyper complicated, but is efficient and easy to use. It has been vital in cleaning up my previous CRM method of bogging out spreadsheets and trying to remember what I need to do for the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my particular sales role, the stages of the sale are very different from a standard sales module. It is hard to track my sales status based on tags that don't align with my business. I wish the lifecyle stages were customizeable so that they better aligned with the sales style we require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has extremely help me organize my sales lifecycles and keeps me reminded on touches that need to be done for the week. Previously I would just have chaotic spreadsheets that I would literally have to get lucky to stumble upon leads I needed to connect with.
