Easy to use , Organized software
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot can be use as core tool for a company to manage all networks in a single tool

No option for bulk message or bulk whatsapp message

Hubspot has number of features such us i can track my deals, can track sales tickets, can track support tickets , initiate support tickets

I LOVE hubspot and all of its integrations. It's the best sales CRM I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is so simple to use that anyone can learn how to effectively implement this into their sales strategy. The customer support is amazing, anytime we have an issue it gets resolved QUICK. We use this every day for all of our sales and marketing. It's quite literally our hub for information. The integrations we've been able to do are easy to integrate but also very complex in regard to their capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything that I don't like about hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us manage our sales team and sales activities.
Good but can be better

A lot of contact/company properties to play around with, automation, sequences, and knowledge portal. user friendly. can be easily integrated with 3rd party tools. great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to send on behalf of someone. (e.g. a sales admin trying to respond as the founder for a founder-named outreach)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in managing/dispositioning leads perfectly with various property fields to add. sales pipeline/analytics/reporting is another great feature to track your path forward. workflows are very handy to automate various data points and implement logics around.

I like how user friendly the platform is and the integrations as well.

I wish you could upload more than 50 contacts at a time for sequences.

It is tracking sales and potential client activity.

the task tabs sometimes jump backwards for some reason between tasks but still quicker

Its helping add and store data of business's for myself to call

I can view my tasks number using relevant filters and keep a track on team members tasks so that anything do not goes unseen.

It lags few times, requires a certain speed of internet connectivity speed and donot seems to be working smoothly.

Keeping a track on each deal being assigned to me as well as my team members which helps in delivering hassle free delivery to customers.

The pricing of HubSpot Sales Hub may be prohibitive for small businesses with limited budgets, especially if they do not require all the features included in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using HubSpot Sales Hub, our sales processes were scattered across various tools and spreadsheets, making it difficult to track leads and follow up effectively.We didn't have visibility into how potential customers were interacting with our emails and content, making it hard to know who was genuinely interested and who wasn't. Now it has helped us centralize our sales activities in one platform, making it easy to track leads, manage contacts, and stay organized. The lead scoring feature in HubSpot Sales Hub helps us identify the most promising leads based on their engagement level and behavior, enabling us to focus our efforts on those with the highest likelihood of conversion.

Hubspot is really very easy to use. It makes the process easy.

There isn't anything which I dislike about Hubspot.

It makes the sales process very comfortable. I can manage the leads easily.
The best CRM out there
What do you like best about the product?
Able to seamlessly organize everything under one umbrella. My days are brighter knowing that I have everything I need, and wont lose anything in the mix! Its the only CRM i will ever use or advocate any organization i am with to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Silly integrations like Kixie which sometimes glitch. But the customer support team is amazing to always help!
