Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of it. Even a beginner can use this and the fact that is integrates with a lot of other things makes it perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike on a technical level but, the price point for some companies to invest in may be a little high for SME
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot gave a really direct line of communication when prospecting and speaking to clients.
So far it's the best CRM I've ever used, and the Sales tool is really helpful

I guess there are no downsides so far...

it connects and organizes all my lead generation activities

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot was easy to set up and ideal for my new business that needed a lost cost but effective option. It's easy to send marketing emails, update contacts and track tasks.
I'm in it every day, and I have the navigation easy to to jump to the tools I need.
It was also easy to integrate with my Gmail-based email system.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it auto-saved updates, rather than requiring me to hit Save. I often forget that step.
Customer support has been helpful, but is oriented towards upsale.

It makes it easy for me to track contacts with sales leads and create outreach reminders.
Great CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales integrates with HubSpot's CRM, providing a comprehensive suite of sales tools including email tracking, prospecting, pipeline management, and reporting in one platform. This streamlines sales processes and enhances efficiency.

It sometimes has wrong info about our students info

It tracks our emails, it's easy for us to undersatdn who has been in touch with our students

It helps streamline our workflows and helps track relevant data. The frequent product updates are awesome!

It can be difficult to set up/understand at first. There are certain features/functions that are challenging to navigate and setup, but once you have it setup it works well.

It is helping our team create a process of tracking and logging touch points, sales, upsells, and our onboardings.

They have now new integrations, which makes it more time efficient.

I don't dislike it, but the reporting part could use some help. Make it easier to use.

HuSpot is a life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of the information I need for a customer is easy to find; regardless of who spoke to the client and or when, notes, call, emails, its is all there. Integrating all forms of sales into an easy to identify, implemented methods used with your sale leave for no room for error. Its is all logged and easy to pick up and continue the sale with the hisory logged. Customer service is so much easier and clearly logged with the options to track. I use it everyday all day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I cannot send SMS unless I access Salesmsg and that any notes, calles, emails logged are not represented in the matrix /reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The moment SMS is active it would eliminate having to go to another platform (Salesmsg) toi send this item.

HubSpot Sales Hub simplifies sales processes, and its benefits extend beyond individual tasks. Just keep in mind the learning curve and pricing aspects
Easy to use and logical for Sales and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is set up logically and if you have ever used a CRM things are where they are supposed to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It does take some maintenance but all Sales platforms do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes BtoB data and provides a way to generate and track Deals in an easy to understand interface. This makes the platform much easier for both Sales and Marketing to use.
