Everything just where you need it
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpfull in Hubspot sales hub, is that everything just works... Every conversation, deal, contact information, workflows, emails, templates, prices, products etc etc etc is just there and easy to handle. Its easy to implement to our work and when onboarding new coworkers. As an admin I frequently look out for the updates, which are released often and also available for beta to test out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It hurts just a little every time i look a the invoice... its pricyyy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales hub makes it easy to keep an overview of prospects, leads and customers and the whole sales process in between, including conversations and customer information.
User friendly, customizable and continuous updates
What do you like best about the product?
Very interesting feature roadmap. HubSpot team listens to its customer base and I often find myself very pleasantly surprised that here and there, features we requested show up fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Discounts are always appreciated but the feature set for me justifies the price.

Serving as the one single point of truth that all functions in the company can rely on.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Only sometime you need to buy the packs to call all different regions

Customer Support could sometimes offer better advice rather than forward me to a complicated article.

The CRM system is like nothing we've ever used before and we are able to track new and existing clients through every step of the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is benchmark setter in CRM industry and always keeps on improving the features. Sales Hub is the great example of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about it as of now but pricing plans can be more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we all know HubSpot is benchmark in the industry, we have been able to plan our sales funnel effectively with advanced features available in Sales Hub.

I like every feature that HubSpot provides, mostly I love the Sales features.

Nothing to not like as of now. However, I would love to see reduced latency in report/dashboard refresh.

It is a quite interactive CRM with help guides that allows for continuous improvement.

I like its incorporation of AI, the ease of creating reports, and its easy integration.

I would like to be able to upload images that are not in PDF.

sometimes the extension closes or fails

What do you like best about the product?
It is one central point of truth for our apprach to sales and how I manage my targeted accounts. It is always best in class and features are always improving. It is the center of my BD process and keeps me on track and accountable for what needs to be done on a daily basis to be successful. It is very easy to use and to navigate around so not much time is wasted on the "tech" navigation. Would be lost without HubSpot!
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates are often but at times it moves routine buttons around that you have to go and case and figure out. Not a huge deal at times frustrating.

Increases our business intellegence when targeting potential customers. It is one central point of truth for prospects and current customers for us to stay up to date and informed on all things account and contact related.
