Easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track tasks and make sure everything I need to complete that day is in a clear view

I think opportunity view could be better and more customizable

sometimes it can be hard on the mobile app to still filter through when im on the go

To be able to see the difference in ARR goals and Opp goals on a level we havent been able to before
I think we are passed the "up and comer" phase. They've done a great job of getting better!
What do you like best about the product?
It seems like every day I am seeing updates and betas for positive change. This tool is so much easier to manage as a team of one in RevOps.

What do you dislike about the product?
My CSM is fantastic, but you can tell they are busy! Scheduling can be tough at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving us a boatload over Salesforce, but also getting our team our of sheets and into the 21st century. I don't have enough time to discuss how Hubspot has:
1. Improved Lead Routing
2. Optimized Speed to Lead
3. Organized Forecasting
4. Segmented different verticals in a manageable way

It is user friendly, you have to navigate and use it to understand fully the new interface.

Very visual, rearranged correctly if you used it before.

You need to use it quite frequently to fully understand how to use the new interface.

Hubspot is easy to use and super powerful out of the box
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely powerful and customizable but also very easy to use and quick to get started with right out of the box. Their customer service/support is top notch. HS has an extensive marketplace of integrations that work well and are easy to implement. They also offer tons of training and academy courses - many of which can even be accessed with a free account. I use HS on a daily basis and would highly reccomend it. I am visually impaired and on top of being easy to navigate, HS works very well with my screen reading software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is on the pricier side but you definitely get alot of quality for what you pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps our team with an easy to use/implement CRM solution. We are able to track deals and all stay on the same page with them. I also frequently use sequences in Hubspot to send automated emails and complete other redundant tasks.
