What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard layout, ease of use, insights and analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact ownership data. If an administrator owns a company and I add a contact/prospect that is attached to the company, the new contact/prospect is automatically assigned to an administrator HOWEVER HubSpot does not share which administrator the contact has been
assigned to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker outbound prospecting due to layout and ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and allows you to be at the top of your pipeline, providing useful insights and reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
I can be not very intuitive and saturated with too many features if you don't know how to use it

Great CRM for sales

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do most sales activities inside of the platform like updating the contact properties, adding notes, calling and emailing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is excellent in most aspects but it can be quite tricky to get started with, not very intuitive and the best way to get around is by looking at external trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes prospecting, emailing and and cold calling more simple because you have everything inside one place, this is very beneficial for reports and just general experience.

What do you like best about the product?
As a person making his living in Sales, Hubspot is essential to my daily activity and ultimately my success. Being able to set tasks to drive activity. Then to have all the info about that prospect/customer infomation in one place. Intergration to email,calendar,linkedin,texting,meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesnt capture all my email communcations and log it into Hubspot. It would also be nice for screen updates to happen faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organize salse process. Track and managed deals, clients, leads and much more

What do you like best about the product?
How it automatically puts new contacts from my email into hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
No tags so you can easily categorize people and send emails also no group messaging

What do you like best about the product?
The prospecting tab keeps me so organized. All of my tasks in one place. Easy way to update meeting status. Our team has done a great job with automating actions that take place with inbounds and hubspot makes it easy to stay on top of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the center of Deals to be fields for information as opposed to an activity log.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integrating with email so I can create reminder tasks automatically is the BEST! keeps me organized with a high volume of deals in my pipeline.

How easy it is to use. User friendly and easily readible when it comes to knowing what do to next.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few little glitches here and there that we are working on getting fixed when it comes to leads coming in.

Theyre solving the issues of having to use several different CRMs when they have it all.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot slashes the time I would have to dedicate to our customer outreach. It is efficient, user friendly and overall a great asset for a growing business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to find something wrong with the platform. I have zero complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time on customer outreach programs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to call within the company/contact pages. It is great at getting tasks done fast for cold outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was given more call minutes so I could make more calls through my computer.

It creates a place where I can keep track of all my activity.
