What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations offered and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way it pulls the company information when creating new companies and contacts because sometimes I need to enter multiple contacts for one company but different branches which have different addresses/info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to create a separate list of follow up task because I can do it on the order I'm working on.
Top notch CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to move contacts throughout the sales cycle! Simple and easy to understand with plenty of training videos
What do you dislike about the product?
My company needs to add more calling categories to put the contacts into. But I do know hubspot allows that so company issue not hubspot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So easy to send zoom calendar links right through the system
Hubspot has been very helpful since it has different products inside, such as tickets, contacts, workflows, objects

I recently discovered the customized object which is veeery useful, since at my company, several teams touch the same ticket, it could become messy sometimes

friendlier dashboards, I get some challenges when trying to apply multiple filters to my dashboards

We can have all the user data in one place, and we use it as our source of truth. It's time saving and makes our processes more efficient.
You can organize your calendar and nothing will slip through the cracks. It's also easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily monitor each deal that you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't create folders for your attachment. You can't change the due dates all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all the deals we handle, HubSpot allows you to track everything. You'll alwasy be on top of your deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales hub is easy to use and very user friendly. I use hubspot all day with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike as of yet.

Email tracking and the integration with Gmail has been great.

I like how organized hubspot is and how it is easy to maintain your prospects through tasks.

At this moment I have no dislikes. Only thing is when hubspot logs me out if inactive.

Hubspot is helping assist with managing sales analytics and mainting a pipeline.

Effective Sales Tool for B2B
What do you like best about the product?
I really like building sequences and processes in Hubspot. It makes my life way easier to keep up with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that, even though being a great sales tool, Hubspot lacks some basic features I have seen at much less expensive and experienced software companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps problems such as not being able to reach out to people at the right timing. Timing really matters when making a sale and being able to identify and track the correct moments to send a message out is crucial.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the task reminder fearures.
The ability to @ mention team members is huge to communic of pertinents.

Call and text limitations / we use air call integrations and it's a great workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross team management of the customer experience. This means all data for members is in one location vs independent for each department.
