I love how clean the interface is without being overwhelmed. I also appreciate having so many tools in one place

Subscription based instead of buying outright

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place and being able to easily pull/generate data for metrics and very easy yo use daily
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was more automization but I acknowlegde that I need to become more familiar with the workflows

The nuance of having everthing on different platforms - hubspot brings everything together

Use friendly interface and easy to use functions and integrations.

There's none that I can think of. But if there's any, maybe the site downtimes or issue.

I'm benefiting on the email tracking and outbound service, CRM and sales performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot to manage my pipeline for cold outreach. It's a platform I use on a daily basis and all my work is tracked in the CRM. I really like the how simple it is to create lists and sequences to organize my outbound process. We started using HubSpot just a couple of months ago and from day one we noticed how easy and useful it would be to start using the platform in our outreach, with a seamless implementation. We have an integration with Trellus, a power dialer and it works seamlessly, which is great. The few times we've needed help from customer support, we received quick and useful responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that for me one of the down sides is that it's not easy to have an account-based approach on out outreach, which is how we used to work. Currently, we're focused on lead-based outreach and it's a bit difficult to adapt that workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Sales Hub is helping me track my activities throughout the day/week/month and this has helped me understand better how to change and improve my process.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it, without CRM knowledge you are able to do things pretty easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The task management - they the task of my opportunities expire (date in the past) it removes it from the deal overview visibility. I have to manually postpone the asks. I wish there could be a prompt to help me move it to the following week instead.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot gives lots of functionalities like CRM, Calling, Messaging all in one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is very good software which provides lots of functionalities but on the other hand it is not beginner friendly. It takes lots of research and practice to learn it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives a huge database which can store lot of contacts inside it and its very easy to access them along with that Hubspot gives data control give is great to keep the private data secure

HubSpot: A breath of fresh air!

What do you like best about the product?
After using Dynamics and Salesforce for so many years, it was a breath of fresh air to find a CRM that didn't need a manual or endless clicks to navigate. Easy-to-use, innovative ,the set-up was seamless and painless.

Tired of lenghly wait times when dealing with support? Not at HubSpot. With a few clicks, you get a live person either by chat or phone. and all the support staff Ive dealt with have been very knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've encountered is when doing an import. HubSpot has tendency to duplicate companies on occasion and it even creates, although rarely, the company name as a url.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None so far.
