HubSpot is the most sales friendly CRM I’ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that all of the sales tools are built-in to HubSpot (outbound calling, activity tracking, cadences, etc) and link directly to account, contact, and deal records. It makes it easy to find relevant sales data all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might just be the way we have our instance configured, but I wish it was a little easier to see child accounts on the parent account page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us a sales-focused CRM that makes it much easier to track sales activity, analytics, and prospecting.

I like the most is the view from the email.

I will like to add a small note on the Deal so y can see whats the next step in a easy way.

Hubspot helps me to be a multitasking user

What do you like best about the product?
In comparison to other CRMs, it is very difficult to name any positive or helpful features on HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot isn't visually user friendly but also the overlap of contacts on multiple accounts creates so much confusion and duplicate efforts between colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used many CRMs both custom and global platforms and HubSpot in comparison provides no benefit or solution to my daily sales needs.

Easy to navigate. A lot of features. Reporting is accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of something. Using it for 7 months now and I don't encounter issues.

What do you like best about the product?
It's clear that HubSpot is constantly improving with feedback and technology. It is an intuitive tool that creates focus on the sales cycle. The mobile app and the inter connectivity with meeting and email makes it a powerful ally. I've never once thought of HubSpot as a chore. Creating great content in HubSpot and with Canva is seamless and efficient. HubSpot competes with my cellphone as most used tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of online work is slowed by my internet connection.

Keeping the sales sequence tight and enabling discipline.

It's easy to use and navigate. I love that everything is in one place and I'm on top of every deal, task, and conversation going on within my job. It helps me have a broader look at what's going on with my work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Till today, I would say it sometimes unplugs from synchronizing my emails. Also, the way the emails that are related to a deal and the attachments that are shown on a deal, I think they could be more organized. Otherwise, everything is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my deal's processes and every detail that involves them. Apart from being the source of truth for the agency.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has everything I need. Customer and contact maintenance, orders, quoting, etc. Great platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
With more and more things being added, it can start to become bloated and expensive to keep adding on features.

Hubspot enables me to manage the entire customer lifecycle.
Intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The UX/UI of the of HubSpot is intuitive and easy to navigate. As a beginner who just started using this a month ago, it has been overall an swift transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes resets my property views which can be annoying because I'll have to manually update it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It able to notify use if there are dupliate contacts in the system and makes it's easy to merge them.
Hubspot has been great, I would love to see more customization though.

I like the fact that you can have a US number without being in the US. The abiliy to keep track of everything in one place is absolutely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of customization compared to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a US number without being in the US and also being able to have a stramlined process. I'm not one to use many tools, I like to keep things simple and easy to keep track of.
