Works great, effective way to communicate
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to find any contacts and communicate effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the system can be very slow and has a hard time connecting to sales message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has great organizational factors and I don't find many problems with it other than it can be slow at times.
HubSpot has all of the functionalities

What I like best is that it keeps my lead funnels organized, the categories help for me to get a new lead to closing them as a client

There are some challenging features but nothing negative

It has helped me identify a cold lead to a warm lead

The learning curve is super easy and the live chat and assistance is conveniently available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging contacts is somewhat of a pain but there are just different ways to tags things and you will need to adapt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking is such a valuable feature to know that my sales leads are opening the emails and I can track that it's awesome 🤩

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has been a game-changer for us with its user-friendly interface and extensive features. The ease of use and seamless integration with other tools in our tech stack have significantly streamlined our sales processes. Their customer support is exceptional; they are always responsive and go above and beyond to help us with any queries or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only challenge has been with our own company data, which has caused some confusion in our reporting. However, this is not HubSpot's fault, and they have been diligently working with us to ensure we have accurate and reliable data moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is solving our problem of inefficient sales processes and fragmented customer data. By centralizing our sales activities and customer interactions, it provides us with a clear and organized view of our sales pipeline. This has improved our team's productivity and allowed us to manage leads more effectively. Additionally, the robust reporting and analytics features help us make data-driven decisions, ultimately leading to better sales performance and increased revenue. The excellent customer support ensures that any issues we encounter are promptly addressed, allowing us to focus on our core business activities.

Lately, there just have been issues with changes stages with the deals. But overall, my experience was great for the past year.

What I like best about HubSpot is tracking emails and activity, and the ease of use.

There is nothing I dislike about HubSpot at the moment.
