Amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
Everything about it is just perfect, it really helps me with day to day sales activity and keeping the track of it. Their customer support is just fast and super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to be honest by saying I really don't have anything in mind that I dislike about Hubspot Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all our sales activites under one place so it's more convenient to analyse and track everything.
Great support, ever-evolving and all-inclusive software
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales contains everything we need to run our company effectively. We got rid of multiple other software when we switched to Hubspot, because we no longer needed them!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functionalities that are not currently available, and it does take the development team a LONG time to listen to suggestions from the community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with our members through multiple mediums, combining member information at our fingertips, ease of reporting
Best CRM I've used to Date
What do you like best about the product?
This has been one of the greatest sales tools that I've used in a long time. I love the automatic tracking of emails and contacts. It makes being able to keep my deals and contracts in order. It also helps me set up follow-ups a lot smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great tool. The integration into Outlook could be a little smoother though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing that HubSpot is helping with is organizing. Instead of me having to organize everything HubSpot does it for me. Not only does it for me but does it better than I would.
Best CRM for Startups - Tons of Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, with a ton of powerful features and integrations with the tools I use in our business's day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pay-walls for certain features require you to pay for the enterprise subscription tier and the lack of customization of subscription and product features you want to enable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, deal pipeline, email tracking, team collaboration.

Convenience of overall office performance and ability to edit many factors

notes are not permanent and can be edited by anyone at anytime

It makes it easier to communicate about account performance with other departments
Organizing chaos
What do you like best about the product?
It makes organizing tens of thousands of contacts manageable, and makes sorting them into concrete groups fast and easy. This would be a nightmare without hubspot.

It can take a long time to process large lists.

Hubspot makes it very easy to easy to engage with prospects.

I really like the sequences and tasks this keeps me very busy keeping up with all my leads and follow ups.

The slight lag with calls and not getting notification that a call is coming in when I am on a call.

i like how intuitutive it is and how easy it is to naivgate

i think it can be a bit precarious to pull and create lists but its nothing a bit of learning cant help

it is a crm tool for us to use for calls, tracking, deal creation ,etc
Streamlines Sales Tracking with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a manager to effectively track the entire sales process from prospecting through the sales cycle to closing deals, while also keeping track of important metrics. I particularly appreciate the deal section, as it is immensely helpful for visualizing where each prospect stands. This feature allows me to project potential monthly closures based on proposals and contracts that are in the pipeline. I value how the deal section brings visibility to the entire sales team, management, and leadership, making it easy to identify when a deal gets stuck at a particular stage so we can collaboratively address it. Additionally, the ease of setting it up was a significant advantage, as it enabled smooth onboarding and customization to serve as a comprehensive CRM solution. I like that our efforts are compiled and visible in one place, streamlining our ability to track and acquire new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the contact records and deal records in HubSpot Sales Hub do not sync automatically, which would greatly streamline the process. Additionally, the tier system or type of contact management feels too manual, requiring more effort than necessary. I also find the reporting capabilities lacking, as there isn't an easy way to create custom reports that fit my needs.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track the sales team, streamline training with call recordings, and have a visible sales process to plan follow-ups—all efforts consolidated in one place.
