The modern CRM for sales!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about hubspot is that I have everything in one place now, no more cluttered information. It gives me real time information of the leads' activities with features like link tracking and email open count. I find it pretty accurate and reliable. They also have a big community and the hubspot academyfor new users to learn and adapt to the ecosystem. The integration and support for third party apps are also smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often takes a while to load any detailed information, apart from that I find nothing in particular to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped us streamline the whole process of capturing, organizing and contacting the leads and sorting them to prospects. We also have automation set up for followups and scheduling meetings, everything is very organised now.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives many insights from which we can determine the quality of the deal. And best we can pitch accordingly

Task gets removed so i find it irritating

It gives as real-time insights about when the delegate opens the email and accordingly we will understand that person is reading our email so immediately we can connect with him

Hubspot is vital to me to understand my customers

What do you like best about the product?
i chose hubspot because it was very flexible and easy to customise. That is very important to me to ensure that this became my CRM and had my language and processes. it takes less than an hour to build,test and deploy the business critical publisher action.it is morely a customer friendly CRM and can be implemented in customer support firms too. that i use on a regular day basis. The CRM is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes has lag while loading multiple data at a time. sometimes i have to fetch and merge two leads of same customers it takes some time to load. once i merge it i am not able to umerge the deal. kindly requesting you to look into that.The integration between two data is the difficult part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i will be having N number of deals to work on everyday as i will getting leads from different countries, in my previous CRM it was very difficult to track down the customer details but here in hubspot with one click or search i am able to get full customer info, interaction and his queries.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about this tool is how it integrates so well with other tools and also has a user friendly interface. It offers a bunch of features like email tracking, deal pipelines, and automation,which is very handy and makes life easier. The analytics and reporting tools give great insights into my sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike... some of its advanced features need to get used to it. Would be good to have more detailed reporting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool fixes key problems for me like managing leads, automating follow-ups, and tracking deals. It puts all my tools in one place, so I don't need to switch apps. The automation saves me time on boring tasks, letting me focus on prospects and closing deals. The analytics give me insights into my performance, but like I said, reporting is not steller. Overall, it boosts my efficiency and productivity. Thats pretty much it.

Very friendly and feature packed platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to track lead's acticities, emails and link tracking. This helps us sort them very quick to hot and cold. As a daily user, the tracking along with the automation and reports have to be my favourite
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing needs to improve. For small teams its too expensive. And many restrictions on emails with low tier plans.The whole setting up is a complex and tedious process, the admin team did it for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As any other CRM, we have a centralised collection of data,- customer interactions across various channels. Much better coordination with our marketing team and their campaigns with use of hubspot

Effective platform for small organizations

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very friendly and easy to navigate and helps me keep control over my contacts. Pipeline management is also good, the visual tracking feature makes it a lot easier to understand performance. I am able to see when my contacts open a mail, click a link and try calling me back also. Integration is smooth with outlook
What do you dislike about the product?
observing in my daily use, it gets slow high volumes and takes up time to load anything. Another issue is that most my emails are getting marked spam by the customer's firewall. Overall I feel it's good for small scale teams but not suitable for bulk communication
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hubspot we have a single platform to store our customer/prospect related information. The details are accessible by multiple teams too. We also rely heavily on custom performance reports to analyse our team's productivity

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is better than other and free CRM software as it is easy to use and can be understand in a lamyman way. HubSpot CRM also has better customer support than zoho, it's easier to use, and it's a bit more versatile. It's good for email marketing as it drives a good easy to use features like live chatting with leads, scheduling on time meetings it is a versatile tool which can be used for a wide range of businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
A new person can't use it freely on the 1st day
It's a bit complicated process to learn it all and it has so many categories to cater
It's has very pricey premium plans
Cannot be used in phones as it requires high cost plans it has limited lead generation tools and full customisation of certain features are unavailable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping in tracking each and every lead and in a very good manner it helps to keep a good track on the hot prospect and differentiate it which helps in gathering a lot of information it is a freee tool and comes with dynamic list form and live chats and is easy to setup and easy to handle

Pretty good CRM, not the best though

What do you like best about the product?
1. Reporting - we often rely on custom reports to analyse our team activity.
2.Emails - the tracking, templates as well as follow up sequences.
3. Calls - tracking as well as recording and transcript feature.
4. Simplicity - overall a friendly interface to navigate.
5. Integration - outlook and Whatsapp are pretty solid features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation - Lot of bugs recently. outlook emails are sent twice
customer support - they got a lot of guides and community support but to connect with a real agent I haver been able to.
integration - faced a lot of trouble to set up cloudtalk with hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management - our clients' information is now centralised and easy to track whenever required, by any team.
Reporting - Custom reports all the way! Never knew this was needed untill we were introduced to this.
Automation - Though glitchy, most of our manual and repetitive work is avoided with automation.

Well rounded platform for Sales Management

What do you like best about the product?
As a daily user I'm very familiar with the UI and its somewhat better than the old look. It also has a lot of features like emails and calls tracking, the notifications from the chrome extension are a blessing. Reports and dashboards view- our team uses this on a weekly basis to get idea of team performance and project numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and getting used to the interfacetakes a bit of time. Nowadays, there are a lot downtimes or issues with thrid party integration, we often get those notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More than solving the problem, hubspot has made it easier for us to collaborate with multiple teams, compare their numbers and even share data. We have a unified system for tracking sales and outreach teams' performance.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user I'm really satisfied with the new ui, it's very easy to track and manage the deals, contacts and the interactions.
The automation has to be the next best thing, a lot of our manual taska are eliminated with hubspot automation. Finally, the real time notifications and email tracking, I find them very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent feature updates/changes, I feel it takes quite some time to get used to the crm. Our team was facing issues with integration with third party apps but I am not sure to which extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management, the built in lead prioritisation and segregation is very useful. And also the reports and analytics dashboard, we get a detailed performance tracking with this. It's simple to understand once familiarised.
