Feature-Rich Updates, but Support Often Falls Short
What do you like best about the product?
That they are always adding features. They have drastically improved areas like merge duplicates and even importing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a problem, support can rarely actually help more than the documentation already available. They are nice and good at recommending the information that i already read/tried. If I hadnt already researched, that might have been nice, but not so much. This is not a one off...that is a repeated issue over years
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
track emails in one spot and provide tools to for customer service and sales to be on same page. They are also good tool to send marketing emails.
Comprehensive CRM for Small Teams, Needs Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I found HubSpot Sales Hub to be a fairly comprehensive solution for me. I'm a small organization, but it allowed me to have the capabilities of larger firms at a somewhat competitive price point. Their customer service was very good initially. The initial setup was great; an Account Executive walked me through it, and it was pretty easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features had to be relearned; it's not as intuitive as I would have liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for organizing contact data, invoicing, and email sequencing, which helps me have capabilities of larger firms at a competitive price.
Ultimate sales productivity tool: Cuts manual work and offers complete control and automation
What do you like best about the product?
See it cuts out all the manual process and allows our sales and marketing team to easily handle integrations. Even we were able to manage the leads, sales pipelines, sales conversions efficiently using HubSpot sales hub. Not to forget the UI/UX and support of this tool is of A1 quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing factor could have been slightly lower so that even the SMBs can purchase the tool and use them for their business.

Our team has been actively involved in sales for the past 10 years, and we have faced multiple challenges in managing leads, pipelines, and workflows. Fortunately, HubSpot Sales Hub is solving these problems and helping to increase the productivity of our sales team.

The ability to customize the pipeline and the fields to suit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The aggressive pricing jump between tiers often prevented me from accessing to more advance capabilities such AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you work for a structured product or service company you cannot avoid having a CRM to keep track of sales activities, outreach, lead scoring etc. Also, Hubspot'UI is efficient and fast
Easy to Use and Covers All the Bases for Business Owners
What do you like best about the product?
its easy to use and offers many solutions for me, the SEO analysis tool and ad campaign setup and email marketing so their CRM is very effective. i like the marketing analytics they have which is enriched with data .i used the lead management and also the tracking feature helped me a lot as a company with product to sell .
What do you dislike about the product?
bit complicated and also slow support response , which can effect the business , also the platform stuck at refreshing point , the UX/UI is a bit unprofessional for a platform like this with too many orange coloring , the pricing is also a bit high after the free trail ends ,as for integration i faced problems connecting it to LinkedIn for ads .

now i am using it to check seo of my website and also running ads and i am also discovering the platform more, it helped me also with automated data entry and automated outreach it also helped me fix fragmented data and lack of tracking factors ,

What do you like best about the product?
Kills tab switch fatigue by centralizing emails,calls, and deals in one place, so you never losr the thread of conversation. Sequences tool lets you put your follow-ups on autopilot without sounding like a robot, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. Meeting scheduler eliminates the work to schedule the meetings; letting prospects book time on my calendar instantly. Drag & drop deal board makes it incredibly easy to see exactly where revenue is stuck and which deals are ready to close.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up advances workflows and custom objects suprisingly counterintuitive, often requiring a dedicated admin or an outside consultant to get it. The interface can get cluttered with tooks you might not use, making dashboard feel a bit overwhelming for sales reps who just want a sample to-do list. If you have highly specific or complex data needs, you'll likely find the standard reporting dashboards a bit too templated and restrictive without expensive add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stops info from being trapped in sticky notes by centralizing every cell, email and meeting into a single source of truth for the whole team. it also uses AI agents and automation to handle soul-crushing tasks like lead research and manual data entry, giving you back hours each week to focus on actual selling. It provides real-time visbility into deal health, solving mystery of where revenue is stucj so you can proactively fix the bottlenecks before they hit your quarterly goals.

its very intuitive and the UI is pretty clean so overall a good product. good performance as well with very less downtime.

i want the ability to customise my experience with my own colours and branding

The ability to add new features and automation without the need of a developer.

Attribution is somewhat weak and could be strengthened.

It eliminates the need for a developer or outside consultants.
Boosts Sales Efficiency but Lacks Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub has some pretty cool features like account summarizations and email drafting. These have really helped by removing manual sales operational overhead, letting sellers focus more on strategic selling. It also helps with email enriching and can help reduce our SDR count.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say it's nowhere near as big as Salesforce. You can't do any very complex workflows. And it's maybe you can't customize it as much. That's probably the biggest one. And if you start using all these add-ons and stuff, it just costs. It costs exponentially a lot more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for pipeline tracking, better forecasting, and improved deal management. It helps identify bottlenecks and track emails and meetings for more accurate forecasts and deal velocity.
