Love HS Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful and easy to use - easy to centralize data for BDRs and reps
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting up to speed - we have a ton of data and can be a learning curve for new reps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing to track sales activités all in one place. With salesforce this was a pain. HS makes it super easy - no headaches

The ease of use for both managing our sales process and sales outcomes.

Inability to align our company's definition of forecast and pipeline as standard, postal-wide settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Chatspot + Sales Hub has made digging through information so much more streamlined and effective for our users.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to streamline sales processes and gain efficiencies for my team during the sales cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing about just at the company and contact level being able to create list and sort those by state rather than other data points would be super helpful for for our use case
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, just gaining efficiencies of process and being able to report out to our senior leadership team, how my sales reps are performing on a daily basis, weekly monthly and quarterly

What do you like best about the product?
We have moved from a Frankenstein tech stack to a unified sales space that enables a repeatable and scalable process. For RevOps it has made our lift way easier

Nothing. It is night and day easy compared to Salesforce

It puts guardrails on our sales process to make it repeatable and scalable

What do you like best about the product?
My saas sales role involves a significant amount of admin work along with my prospect conversations and demos. Hubspot makes this a breeze for me and peeps me informed on my pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional longer load times. Makes sense though as it's processing an enormous amount of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a startup, I'm always across a large volume of customer & prospect conversations. Hubspot keeps me organized and distills down what's most important for me to progress my pipeline.

Can get confusing with lots of properties

Great platform but with road bumps
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful platform but with its certain limitations but the team that supports helps out and can make suggestions for next steps. Overall good process!

Certain limitations with outlook like adding content on that end

We didnt know where the contacts came in from or who communicates with them so this helps solve that issue

It's empowering our sales reps to complete every aspect of their job in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The views aren't entirely customizable for every user's needs. Open sandbox environment would be nice.

How to effectively track leads and measure conversion rates.
Great flexibility for scale

Comes with a lot of integrations that helps you doing anything between A-Z from Start-Up to Large SMB.

I need to spend more money the more context I have in my CRM.
