Extremely User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely user friendly for someone who has no experience with a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are endless possibilities on what can be done in the CRM but I am unaware of what could be best used for my company.

Tracking user information and activity
New HubSpot customer…so far it’s AMAZING!

The prospecting tools and new AI agents are incredible. I love being able to see all my sales data in one location.

Several different options and screens to vaigate but I'm getting there.

Managing all data in an easy to use platform.

Very good experience with the platform. It has managed to adapt well to the company's needs.

The model and the way of integrating are fine, but due to the number of brands, it has been difficult for us to scale the business.

I enjoy the easy of use and how user friendly the platform is, as well as the ability to implement ai in my work.

Sometimes it feels like my send sizes can be force to be limited.

It saves our reps a lot of time from having to manually scan thorough their records and perform their day to day activities

Don't like that everyone needs a sales seat even to update questions on a playbook'

User friendly power house
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to track all of our sales activities and see them in one place. Meeting calendars, email syncs, call recordings it's all there!

There are too many things to customize it can get overwhelming

Being our source of truth for data
Good for the price but you get what you pay for

The price is good, easy to use, layout mostly makes sense, appealing visually

Often times it feel like new products/services are pushed out early to keep up with competition but they are half baked leading to issues with wanting to use them right away

Hubspot being robust and easy to use has allowed us to create several custom objects to bring the team in closer alignment using HS as our SSoT
