What do you like best about the product?
I am new to using hubspot and have found it extremely user friendly so far. I look forward to learning more about HS and utilizing it for future goals and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was looking for custom objects to create a conference event tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking deals and prospects and associating them with each other.

Love that it is so centralized for our sales team and intuitive

Nothing that I dislike, just learning all the features

We just switched CRMs so it's been essential for sales reporting for SDRs

Very easy to use, I have the information about my clients all in one thing

Not using all the features of the Hubspot.

Having all the information about leads, and the tasks to remind me of my agenda.
Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It is really to find the info on the application that you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the best duplicate tracking. Wish I could make certain fields uneditable after a certain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub is allowing us to track customers through the process to allow for the best customer experience possible.
We use HubSpot for all our customer service, marketing and sales. We love it!

It captures contact info automatically and makes things so much more efficient!

It has gotten pretty expensive for us as a startup, but that's because we are using more features.

I like that it makes the transition from sales to operations seamless.

I can't think of anything right now. It is constantly improving which is great!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub enables my clients to have fewer items in their tech stack and have AWESOME reporting!

Honestly the custom attribution reports being for enterprise only is my only dislike!

It solves the issue of inaccurate reporting and offers better insights for C-Suite!
