A efficient sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to explain. Easy to use even for older rep. Like the fact that there are step by step for everything for my sales tean

A bit harder to manager existing customer for CS and prospects for Sales. Not sure how to maximise prospecting tool yet.

Rate limits to ingest data. It's challenging to get all my data into Hubspot.

Platform on the rise
What do you like best about the product?
It's highly intuitive to use. Any non-technical individual can easily find their way and creative some exciting content. It's simple and easy for most but has potential for some highly sophisctaed workflows too
What do you dislike about the product?
From an IT persceptive there are a number of limiations. As a support team we are constantly managing limits to ensure we do not overload or hault usage in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplying out vast tech eco-stake. Hubspot is a easily way to consolidate what we are using in a single platform. especially with the grwoing functions

What do you like best about the product?
Connecting all the data points with our marketing efforts. I like the new prospecting section as well. It helps to track these people without being in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to have MS Teams calls and meetings connected.

One centralized place for everyone in the organization to access contact and company information.
We’ve used HubSpot Sales Hub for years and have never regretted our decision.
What do you like best about the product?
The sales hub empowers our sales team with all of the tools they need to be successful, from staying organized to staying on top of deal health. The deal boards are easy to follow and the customization has been huge for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've used the sales hub for 5+ years and have no complaints - because it's so customizable, we are able to make it what we need!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal visibility, deal organization, deal scoring, easy data capture, less time in admin tasks, more time selling.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sales Hub is connected into the CRM - pulling from a single source of truth, and allowing Sales Teams to manage their tasks in a clean way. The flexibility of settings to allow to align the process workflow with unique sales processes is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the Prospecting Workspace View, sometimes it can be confusing internally with which area to focus in (Deals, Prospecting).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing the specific process stages with conditional property logic to ensure the entire workflow is seamless
Realized I love HubSpot when I spontaneously recommended it to a stranger
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and configure for a small team. It's also affordable for a small team, but brings a huge suite of integrations that makes it feel much more expensive than it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the web app experience to be a little laggy. Phone app is fine and integrations are smooth though.

It's a full featured CRM. It provides all the benefits one expects from a CRM.
