Great CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
We are an SBM that recently adopted HubSpot and it has been a great Sales tool so far. We have been impressed with its ease of use, implementation and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot should increase their Customer Support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our Client database and frequency of engagement.
Hubspot can be really complex and difficult to navigate

The integrations are good, list of features are a lot

Support is slow, tickets more that 24 hrs, limitations on features, requires upgrades. Forecast really complicated

The google chrome extension is helpful for lead follow up.

metric measuring should be more accurate

Like that's it's relatively easy to use and support is fast to reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to connect Projects with Pipelines. At the moment they exist separately in the system.

All your data in one place and customizable!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can see all of our customer and contact information in one place and track the data through different systems. Setting up syncs between our different software tools was fairly straight forward and makes sure our data is accurate and current.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different types of licensing and their onboarding fee are frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can more clearly track our customers information and how potential leads are progressing in the sales cycle.
Definately not a user friendly software, has a good name in sales tho.

This is very user friendly and integrated well with our small business model. We were able to very easily get everyone on board.

Learning to navigate new technology can be challenging.

Integrates with other project management programs such as SnapCount and SmartSheet.

What do you dislike about the product?
Seperate costs for additional products that can enhance Sales Hub Pro. I also dislike that I cant customize details. I alos do not like that when i send an email to somone on a contacts card, it creates a lead and i cant change that option. I would appreaciate a better integration with Square and Authorize.net

What do you like best about the product?
All possibilities of connection with other relevant apps make our day-to-day much more efficient. I used it daily and find it very easy to navigate, in comparison with Salesforce, for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile interface could be better. There can be a lot of information in a small space, and I find it a little unresponsive, especially if the company's database is very large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect our marketing actions, linking MQLs with sales teams and enabling us to see the entire prospect reception chain is excellent. In addition to maintaining contact information within the company, allowing us to consult all the history with our prospects is great.
Good CRM, needs some work to be great!
What do you like best about the product?
The CRM has very nice features, as most CRMs the Tech support is helpfull but not perfect. there is lots of informaion on Youtube.com to aid in tips, tricks and tactics. Also there are several companies Hubspot recommends to expedite your intigration and setup, that are reasonably priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Microsoft and Hubspot do not work well together. I expierence significant amounts of glitching and non compatability issues frequently that are a hinderance of the platform. when I call Hubspot for help, they blame Microsoft and make me try to resolve the issues with Micorsoft when it is clearly a Hubspot issue.

Tracking has been our biggest struggle, and hubspot should be helping bridge that gap
showing 1,721 - 1,730
