Review of HubSpot’s Support Experience
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's CRM has been a reliable tool for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's CRM is a solid tool, and the new AI features like HubSpot Breeze are exciting. However, my experience with their customer support has been frustrating.
Twice, calls with their team were canceled last minute after waiting two weeks each time. This isn’t acceptable for a service we pay a significant annual fee for. Timely support is crucial, especially in fast-moving areas like AI and CRM upgrades.
New Users, my 2 cents on HubSpot: It has great features, but consider how important reliable support is for your business needs.
For HubSpot: Please improve customer support. Consistent delays risk losing trust and loyalty.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, it has the necessary tutorials to set it up according to my needs. It is very comprehensive, I manage my contacts, it integrates with my email, it integrates with Apollo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had days when I get temporary errors, sometimes it slows down and that makes me lose time.

Hubspot Sales CRM is great choice for us
What do you like best about the product?
I work in sales manager and director positions for more than 7 years, I can say that Hubspot sales CRM made always myself and my team's work easier. It workflows, easy to use interface, possibility to integrate with other softwares like Intercom, LinkedIn etc. makes it very helpful to leverage our sales skills with limited workforce. Plus, customer support was also always helpful and there when I need anything for free. I never felt alone when I use this CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really. I would maybe recommend to add more features on task management and lead management part of HubSpot, but I am quite aware it is not a task management tool though.

automation, customer management, emailing, sequences, task management and more.
Hubspot is a great CRM for startups
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and you can see both key details at a glance and details if needed. Customer support and success is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback in my opinion is the limited customization in the object layouts and reporting. However, I see constant improvements in this.

Mainly it serves as our CRM and then marketing and emailing tool.

I love the fact that I can but on the money with my clients and know exactly what they need at any given point in the sales Journey.

I think the complexity of the tool makes it a little inhibitting for most small businesses. I defitely think this is something you need assistance on a regular basis.

Cost of additional modules can be cost prohibitive for a small startup.

A clean intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to create custom dashboards is something that's really helpful for me. I am able to easily create tasks and ensure that they are all followed up with ease. Also the amount of integrations present make this a easy choice for all sales CRM out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the notes can be auto loaded within the website, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use hubspot to keep a track of all my prospects and ensure that their evaluation is going well. It helps me create the neccessary tasks and with the pre definied custom fields that we have set up, understanding a prospects requirements could not have been easier.
With the kanban view present, I have a birds eye view over all my deals and categorise it to make my sales cycle more efficient.
