When checking deals the value is only in USD. Would be nice if it was converted to CAD

Lots of functionality, sometimes hard to navigate menu.

HubSpot Sales Hub is helping us streamline lead management and improve team collaboration, eliminating the chaos of scattered customer data. The automation features save us time by handling follow-ups, task assignments, and pipeline updates, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. With real-time insights and reporting, we can make data-driven decisions that enhance our sales strategy and drive growth.
Intuitive/ easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
I feel lik ewithin a few weeks I was fairly proficient at the software without much coaching/ help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paywalls are simply too early, and the free trials for upgrades dont give nearly enough time to gain the confidence that upgraded features will be worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to track sales conversations/ interations and keep detailed notes about my leads.
HubSpot changed our way of Marketing and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way delivers you information around open, clicks and reactions to the emails. Support is amazing and resolves every issue within minutes. I use every day and it's really fast. And we use it with Zoom Info which is been super helpful and cost saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that it's not HubSpot fault but it gets easier for your email to go to Junk. But at the same time you can add a limit to the emails which helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics is helping us understand what they actually open and have interest on, before we didn't have information and would never change our wording, now we are constantly evolving and getting better on our opens.

What do you like best about the product?
We used to use our own CRM for sales. With Hubspot and its ease of implementation and use, ease of integration with other platforms and number of other features, it's been a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found any major downfalls for us so far. Our sales are using Hubsport daily in all of their actions, and now we're bringing it together with marketing. Customer support works well and we've managed everything easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives us data from sales and marketing activities. Data that makes our life so much easier and more valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, both online and app is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features have a lot of steps to get to the end goal. More "upgrades" to unlock a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking, sales performance and account tracking. Allows the team to manage pipeline of deals and build out routes. Also allows us to see consistency with orders.

How much it does (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) for the price.

I wish it had more file "cheat sheets" of fields available for the setup process.

Keeping everyone "on the same page" as to activities and status with our clients and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team has been helpful in guiding me on how to effectively use HubSpot to achieve my desired outcomes, particularly in reporting and data management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The import of meeting information from other system or pre-adoption of HubSpot is not complete, we cannot import all available information like additional attendees, email attached and etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to assess and track the number of conversations and touchpoints we have with key stakeholders, specifically Chief Sustainability Officers (CSOs), as part of our key performance indicators (KPIs). This will help us evaluate how effectively we are engaging with CSOs. In addition, we should measure the quality of our understanding of their interests and needs. By doing so, we can better align our sustainability initiatives with their priorities and ensure we are connecting them with the most relevant initiatives that match their strategic goals.
