HubSpot Sales Hub Keeps Leads, Deals, and Contacts Perfectly Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales hub for to handle leads, track deals and to do automate some of process, as it provide good interface. It helps me into form proper organized contacts, keeping track of emails, calls and all related things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one thing that I dislike is some of feature are only accessible in high tier plan which can be bit costly as user grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps me to solve scattered data to proper statured data and allow me to create some automation flow for process.
Streamlined Collaboration, Slight Performance Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot Sales Hub helps our entire team collaborate from Quote to Cash. It maintains clean activities and a record of client interactions, allowing for more optimal sales motions. Quoting is easy because the interface allows us to easily pick items from the product library. We use the automation workflows, which help with our sales processing. While it took some time to set up, it was worth the configuration time as it is an integral part of our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the platform sometimes slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps my team collaborate from Quote to Cash, maintain clean activities, and streamline sales motions. The easy interface makes quoting effortless by picking items from the product library. Automation workflows also aid in our sales processing.
Easy Setup for Defined Deal Stage Processes
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up defined processes for each stage of a deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a Manager's standpoint, there are some things that are lacking. You cannot enroll a contact in a sequence on behalf of someone else like you can for a workflow, which causes issues when reps are absent. Additionally, there are limited production related reports for all the different ways in which we use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a lot more visibility into what is actually reaching contacts, what they view and don't respond to, and what gets their attention.

Sales Tracking and pipeline forecasting.

I don’t dislike the product. It’s probably one of the best CRM tools I’ve used.

sales and pipeline. I use HS for monthly and quarterly forecasting and to track my pipeline growth

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is a very useful tool. It has many features that help me stay updated on deal opportunities. The dashboard makes it easy to understand the overall scenario quickly. I use Hubspot frequently throughout the day to enter and organize deals in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is a paid platform and users cannot access it without payment. It can be expensive for small or mid-sized companies, and mainly revenue-generating companies can afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps organize all contents in one place. It makes easy to track deals and manage customer details. I can choose view the data in a dashboard view or a list view option. Additionally, it sends email notifications for opportunities that close to the deadlines, helping me stay on track and never miss important tasks.

In hubspot i can easily track all my rfp deals that im working currently, frequently i can check on my deal in what stage it is, i can see in many views like in dashboard, list

the pricing of the hubspot is high company with more revenue can only use this tool

Track all the deal what ever is in the pipeline, can all deals may be customised in what type of view i need

The tool is highly precise and can be adapted to suit many different organisations.

It can feel complicated at times, especially if you’re not already familiar with sales best practices.

It helps me structure a highly functional sales pipeline and analyze how effective it is.

What do you like best about the product?
the feature i use the most is dokuments, is saves a lot of time, and all of the team can supmit forms, that we can use.

We’re a fairly large company, and Denmark is only a small part of it. We had trouble getting admin permission to connect our mailboxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed and control of information are much better. We can instantly access information about our customers, and people on our team can quickly share that information with those customers.
Documents are kept up to date and can be found quickly. We have a few certificates that our customers need, and before Hubspot they were kept in different folders on our internal network. Now they are readily available.

Powerful Email Metrics, Needs More Personalization
What do you like best about the product?
I used HubSpot Sales Hub for email campaigns and one-on-one email sending, and I found it really good for email metrics. I love the product support I got from Ryan, the product support manager. They were really patient with us, taking months to consider our needs. The product is great for email sending and metrics. It was also easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the basic email sequencing is placed behind the higher tier, and I can't personalize or follow-up on emails in bulk.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me analyze email metrics effectively, differentiating between bot and human opens, providing valuable insights.

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it keeps everything organized in one place. From tracking emails to managing deals and follow-ups, it cuts down on the need to juggle multiple tools. The pipeline view is especially useful because it gives me clear visibility into where each deal stands.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can get expensive as you scale. As soon as you start adding more users or unlocking advanced features, the cost rises quickly. It’s a great tool overall, but smaller teams may find it a bit tough on the budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing I dislike is the pricing structure, especially when scaling the team. The cost is manageable at the beginning, but once you start adding more users and building out a proper sales team, the price can jump significantly in some cases more than 2x compared to the initial setup.
