From CRM Chaos to Clarity — How HubSpot Transformed Our Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility. Real-time dashboards, deal tracking, and activity timelines give us a clear picture of what’s working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly — not much, but a few things could be better:

Pricing can scale quickly. As you grow and add users or features, the costs can climb faster than expected.

Some advanced customization is limited. For complex sales processes, you may find yourself hitting a ceiling without additional dev support or integrations.

Reporting flexibility. While the dashboards are great for overviews, deeper analytics sometimes require exporting data or upgrading plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s tackled a few key challenges:

Disconnected data → Now everything lives in one unified CRM, from contact records to deal stages.

Manual follow-ups → Automated sequences keep prospects engaged without dropping the ball.

Lack of visibility → With custom dashboards and pipeline tracking, we finally have a clear view of performance and forecasts.

Sales and marketing misalignment → Shared tools and timelines help both teams work toward the same goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I could send emails with the HubSpot extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
I got overwhelmed with all the features and had a hard time getting value from it. I ended up spending more time updating the CRM, than meeting with people or closing sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure. I don't think it actually solved anything.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer using HubSpot Sales Hub, I rely on it every day to schedule social posts, build emails, automate workflows, and create sequences. It’s intuitive, powerful, and packed with tools that help us stay connected with clients and prospects. Beyond marketing, it’s become a central hub for our entire company—customer service, tech, sales, and marketing all operate from the same playbook, thanks to HubSpot. It’s kept us aligned, responsive, and able to move quickly as we grow. Highly recommend it to any team looking for a scalable, all-in-one solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes discontinues features or makes changes with little or no communication. These things are always easy to remedy once you figure out what the problem is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot provides a secure, stable CRM with lots of functionality for communication, marketing, customer service management, deals creation and tracking, analytics, reporting, and keeps our team operating on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use nature and easy implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not quite as customisable as some competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot are providing a great product for end users with it being so easy to use and providing many of the metrics someone in sales needs to see day to day. The automated email functions and the way it groups information together really are huge time savers.

What do you like best about the product?
I brought Hubspot on to my one-person sales org and found it incredibly easy to standup and maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support was a bit lacking given we were an SMB account. Some of the integrations weren't super tight - unclear if that was user error or a lack of support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account and prospect management, prospect follow up

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is by far the best CRM. Offers a great functionalities that exceeds any expectation
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot in the long run, becomes really expensive to manage and to handle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up on deals, automations, and opportunities are difficult to follow up. Hubspot provides the solution to allow a correct follow up

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot offers apps that link some of our other resources like apollo.io, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Constant Contact and Google apps. It make keeping all our leads and customers organized and in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything at the moment. Going from spreadsheets and post-it notes, to a crm has been a game changer for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Sales Hub we had no way of tracking sales rep performance. Now we are able to track real data and coach to their strengths and weaknesses. We have also seen an increase in sales, since deals are less likely to fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I really do like the fact that you can report on anything fairly easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s like they try to do EVERYTHING vs fixing what they already have to the best version possible. This gets frustrating because they have bits and pieces of what you need and it’s literally all over the place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easier for reps to contact customers with full engagement options and seeing the activity feed are the primary ways our sellers use this tool. Those who use their task lists really do enjoy how quickly they can call customers through the use of the list
