Our Sales Brain!
What do you like best about the product?
We started a bit shy of implementig Hubspot as our CRM in our Startup, but as time passed and we used it more, we found it valuable to track our sales contacts and deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option tu customize everything is a two-way thing. For starters is waaaay too much, but after some time its a blessing. It adapts to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track any conversation or activity done on leads, and current clients.
Hubspot - right tool for small growing companies
What do you like best about the product?
If you're a small business (5-15 million) annual rev - Hubspot is a good tool. It's easy to set up and if you combine it with marketing and sales hub, you can get a full picture of your client from prospect-customer lifecycle.
I like the ability to customize workflows, create line items, and build recurring revenue reporting, and I like that I can use one tool to get MOST of what I need done.
I converted fro Salesforce and had a large tech stack - web, marketing, email automation, sales automation, prospecting, calendar and schedulign links, actual crm, support/ticketing tool.
We have consolidated all of those systems to hubspot. there are some limitations but overall the ability to use one tool to get me 85-90% of where I need to be is a great answer for our organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
i do not like that they dont' have recurring revenue built into the deals functionality.
I don't like that contact /company/ deal associations are not required. Every contact should be associated with a company. Every closed eal regardless of stage should be required to have a contact and company association. It is annoying that this can't be forced - so it requires clean up to keep client and ex client lists clean.

visbility into sales team activity / sales revenue / workflows to simplify prospecting / scheduling / closing
Great CRM software, with multiple features
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see when and how customers are interacting with communications sent to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some learning required to utilise the service fully
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just keeping an eye on all outreachwith clients, and able to identify leads by their score.
Easiest CRM to use
What do you like best about the product?
Hub Spot was the easiest CRM that I have used in a long time if not ever. The user interface was very intuitive while still offering a ton of options to best utilize my time instead of wasting it all with endless searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything that is flawed with Hub spot other than I am still learning all of the benefits of the program. I know there is much more I can do and I am not taking advantage of it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hub spot was able to manage and simplify my customer tracking as well as my sales process and tasks to be done.

A powerful all in one CRM for growing businesses
What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner what i like most about Hubspot sales hub is how easy it makes managing leads and follow ups . The email tracking , deal pipeline and task reminders help me stay organized without needing a big sales team. It was a user friendly and the automation tools save me a lot of time especially when handling multiple clients. For a small team it gives a very professional and structured sales process without being overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
While hubspot sales hub is great overall the pricing can quickly become a concern for small businesses. Many advanced features like custom reporting, multiple pipelines or automation workflows are locked behind higher tier plans which can feel expensive when you are just starting out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot sales hub helps me stay organized and consistent with my sales outreach . As a small business owner managing multiple clients it was hard to keep track of follow ups , lead stages , and email communication. HubSpot solves this by providing a clear deal pipeline , task reminders and email tracking all in one place
HubSpot is user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the dynamic sequences and the way that you can find out who has opened or clicked on your sequences. I also like the tasks feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that, when you're creating a sequence, once you've created an email template, it takes you to the template screen instead of back to the sequence that you're creating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily keep track of my customers, my notes about each customer, helps remind me to call a lead, helps me send out sequences and keep track of who is opening or clicking on my sequences. Keeps me organized and effective!
Hubspot - The Savior
What do you like best about the product?
The most amazing thing I liked about Hubspot was its easy to use platform and the way it manages the whole POC data for me, from adding a contact to reaching out to follow ups, to closing a deal, everything is done in a single road of a process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt anything to dislike as they have pretty amazing job. I have the extension installed in my PC and integrated with me email, so whatever email I send, I dont have to think if this would have been logged on Hubspot or not. Hubspot does this work beautifully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem my company had was of keeping the leads. Earlier we used to use Excel and other stuff which made it too much complicated for us.
Since the day hubspot of here, all we do is do reachouts and who so ever new person we reach out to, Hubspot automatically create a contact of it.
Then we can update notes, follow ups , deal estimate and everything in no time to keep the trackability of everything making it easier for us and our CEO's.

Disappointing
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty intuitive process, and like that it's geared towards the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough real help. Depends too much on videos, chat help or third party providers to get things implemented and running. Very disappointing for something that is not cheap
