4 years with HubSpot Sales Hub with daily use: I still recommend it
What do you like best about the product?
After four years of daily use in a RevOps context, what stands out is how reliable and straightforward the platform is. The interface is clear and helps keep teams on the same page effortlessly. Sales Hub’s automation capabilities and customizable workflows make it easy to adapt processes as the company grows. The product team is on fire, there are product updates regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations are noticeable when you want to push customization, especially for detailed dashboards or more advanced reporting, but 95% of use cases are covered and there are always workaround
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub keeps operations smooth and makes cross-team work simple.
Must Have software
What do you like best about the product?
organized deals and customers. Can easily review a deal after months without having to search every email in outlook. All the activities are within customer's card. Every email and every file exchanged are in there.
What do you dislike about the product?
searching in Greek language is a downside. It should support Greek language too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can easily distinguish which customers are worth out time,based on number of deals and the total engagement we had with him. Huge help is also customer;s card which includes every interaction we had with him/her
Great product, large learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidates all CRM information into one place. Various features. It takes a while to configure modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large learning curve. Integrations can be complicated, expensive and extensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has helped us cut down on manual data entry and keep track of deals more easily. It brings all our sales activities into one place, so we’re not bouncing between different tools or missing important updates. As a result, our team works more smoothly together, follows up with leads faster, and closes more deals. It’s taken a lot of the guesswork out of the sales process.

Hubspot provides easy functions to maintain and trac the data, tasks and activites.

Can not attach files while emailing through hubspot sequence.

Great product and service
What do you like best about the product?
I have put multiple professional sports franchises on the HubSpot platform and highly recommend it. The ability to build no and low code integrations is critical to efficient deployment. Sales hub keeps our sales and partnership staff front and center with the tools they need a while providing leaders with the insights required to make critical business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback can be that some of the pre-populated customer and company fields are not editable, but it's more of an inconvenience thank anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot as our customer hub for all CRM and deal details. Being able to integrate all external data is quick and easy.
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to track of interactions with prospects and clients. The ability to log phone conversations, emails, texts, etc really helps in getting prospects through the sales funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more tiers for the subscription plans. There is a big jump in price when upgrading, which makes it less affordable for small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to set up reminders that get emailed to you for prospect follow ups is a huge help when you are trying to keep track of hundreds of prospects.
Go-to for organizing, testing, and tracking sales outreach
What do you like best about the product?
This is most helpful if you're already using other Hubspot tools (and if you aren't, you should consider it!). As a marketer who supports our sales & fundraising team, I love that I can help create email sequences, manage the data, and get insights into what we're testing and what's working, and make the actual outreach, follow-up and next steps easy for my colleagues. I love that they get the reply emails directly in their inbox (integrating with Gmail) and that I can push data to Airtable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having a support person is still necessary, even though Hubspot is great at making things as easy as possible (so I don't know what else they could do there to improve). Many colleagues I've worked with just have challenges when working with new technology, especially the set-up of the sequences tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing outreach at scale. As a non-profit we do not have a large staff, and need to make the most of our limited time. Hubspot Sales Hub was an affordable add-on to allow our fundraiser/sales to get organized in their data, plan ahead and personalize outreach, and make follow-up and scheduling meetings easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can integrate a lot of apps directly into Hubspot makes it easy to have different tools while having your sales force in one place.

Sometimes deals can be confusing since there can be a lot of them for just one lead.
