What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is the best sales hub and CRM out there
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing is the customer support can be tricky to reach. Besides that, nothing comes to mind

What do you like best about the product?
They have in-build meeting links for each sales reps.

We can email sequences to the contacts this helps in reducing our manual work.

Pricing is little higher may be that they can reduce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automatically track my all my sales email, meetings and calls in one place. This helps me in time saving working under one platform, also i can see my sales analytics, deals pipeline revenue etc.

What do you like best about the product?
fter five years with HubSpot Sales Hub, the standout is its intuitive CRM, which keeps contacts, deals, and tasks organized without a steep learning curve. The email automation is a lifesaver—customizable templates and sequences let me nurture leads effortlessly, saving hours weekly. The analytics dashboard is another gem, offering clear insights into pipeline performance and prospect behavior, which has noticeably boosted my close rates. Deal tracking is smooth, with drag-and-drop pipelines that make forecasting a breeze. Integration with tools like Gmail and Slack keeps everything connected, streamlining my workflow. For B2B businesses, the automation and reporting are powerful tools to drive efficiency and results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the cost—it gets expensive as you scale or add features, which can strain small business budgets. The annual contract is restrictive, auto-renewing without much flexibility to exit early. For free-tier users, support can be slow, sometimes taking days for a response. The platform can also feel overwhelming with features that aren’t always relevant for simpler sales processes, like e-commerce or short-cycle deals. Occasional glitches, like issues with tracking parameters, have caused minor headaches. It’s a robust tool, but not ideal for every business type due to complexity and price.

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of managing and nurturing leads efficiently. What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub stands out for how easy it is to use and customize to our team’s needs. The interface is intuitive, which means we spend less time figuring things out and more time actually selling.

The implementation was smooth, and we were up and running quickly with helpful onboarding resources and support. Their customer support is also top-notch—responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help when we hit a roadblock.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main area for improvement would be around reporting and customization at the free or starter tiers—some advanced features are only available at higher pricing levels. Also, while the system is powerful, certain customizations can get a bit complex without technical help.

That said, these are minor compared to the overall value it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using HubSpot Sales Hub, we struggled with scattered lead data, manual tracking, and inconsistent follow-ups. It was hard to get visibility into where deals stood or who was responsible for what.

Now, everything lives in one place—from contacts and emails to deal stages and call logs. It keeps our sales team aligned and makes sure no opportunity falls through the cracks. The automation and workflows have saved us hours each week, and we’re now able to track performance, set tasks, and prioritize leads far more effectively.

Overall, it’s helped us close deals faster, stay more organized, and deliver a better experience to our prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the pipeline visibility, email tracking, and automation features. It saves a lot of time and keeps our sales team organized. Integration with Gmail and LinkedIn is also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some useful features are locked behind expensive plans, and customizations can be limited for complex sales processes. More flexibility in reporting and workflows would be great.

Hard to use interface. Does not seem like information is organized well.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating reports, forecasting and transparency across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really many downsides to it. I found that changing fields/ properties wasn't as intuitive as I'd have liked, but having dived into the Hubspot academy, it's all very easy to use now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just having transparency into deals and sales activities within them.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Hubspot provides a comprehensive solution for both Marketing, Sales and Operations is an excellent benefit for my team. It's comprehensive and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's one of the market leaders, so the pricing is pretty steep. Especially the addons which can bring up the annual package quite high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A comprehensive source of truth for all of our sales initiatives. Before, all our information was scattered.
