Unlock sales productivity in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is a great enablement tool that allows reps and sales leaders to unlock productivity. They can by record every touchpoint, use prospecting agent to save time on prospecting activities see how their actions or inactions impact the deal velocity and the revenue they bring. They also get smart AI powered insights. It's super easy to use for non-technical people as the interface is intuitive. It easily integrates with other leading sales tools and with the latest updates you can do even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact that with dynamic sequences you cannot have the engagement criteria different for each of the steps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it gives me information about the whole sales process, identifies areas for improvement

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate that all of our data is in one location ready for using the sales tools. Our team utilizes sequences, snippets and templates daily - a big time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest thing about HubSpot is learning it and reinforcing sales processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot enabled us to automate parts of our process. This makes for more consistent communication to our prospects and a more efficient sales team.

There’s not a ton to dislike. After using it for years it’s fun to grow with the tool

What do you like best about the product?
As a RevOps professional, HubSpot's Sales Hub allows us to enable our sales team to sell better, faster, and more organized. It allows the entire team in our company to see what's going on with an opportunity, without needing to bug the rep about what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike. Maybe all of the different screens the reps need to navigate to, but they're solving that with the Sales Workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the need to keep management informed. With all of the elements of a deal in one place, it allows everyone to stay informed by looking at the deal, company, and contact records.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding is not as seemless as one can imagine but once you work it out with a partner, the CRM will boost your entire sales team efficiency and it will drive your sales to the sky!

The ongoing work that has to be done to the platform

Intuitive pipeline management that actually works
What do you like best about the product?
The pipeline view makes it easy to track deals and see where everything stands. Email tracking works well and the automated follow-ups save time. Integration with other HubSpot tools is seamless. The mobile app is reliable and the interface is clean and intuitive. Good reporting helps us understand our sales performance without being overly complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can get expensive as you add more features and users. Some advanced customisation options require technical knowledge. The reporting could be more flexible for complex data analysis. Loading times can be slow with large amounts of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our scattered sales process where deals were tracked in spreadsheets and emails were all over the place. Now everything is in one system - contacts, deals, communications, and follow-ups. This saves time on admin work and helps us not lose track of potential customers.

Workspace is awsome. All the AI features have been great for our sales team.

Goals is not a sales pro feature. We measure our teams para number of sales not for venue amounts.
