What do you like best about the product?
I like the potential it has. So much flexibility and customization. Can be overwhelming but I can see the long term value once integrated
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep. If you haven't used a CRM before, there are a lot of things to learn and include in your workflow for maintained performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, we didn't have a CRM; our sales and orders were basically everywhere and meant to be managed by individual sales reps. With HubSpot, we can cross-reference, collect data, and scale our operatoins.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is built the way software should be built. It works the way you expect it to work. User-friendly, admin-friendly, developer-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant. Probably the integration with new versions of Outlook desktop software. Plus the support materials surrounding the Outlook integrations are hard to navigate. The solution was to use an older version of Outlook or only the web version; the letter of which is what I recommend to people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you're running Salesforce right now and wondering why it feels harder than it should... it's not your team. It's the tool. HubSpot solves that. When I shifted my focus to HubSpot the difference was immediate.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequence feature and how easy it is to enroll my contacts in it. It makes my day-to-day tasks so much easier, and I really appreciate the Breeze AI addition as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are still plenty of opportunities for improvement. The home dashboard could be more comprehensive and do a better job of informing me about new activities that have occurred since my last login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a BDR, this is my number-one tool for outreach, mainly because of the sequencing features.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that HubSpot Sales Hub is a SaaS service, which means it's accessible from everywhere, making it super easy for the sales team to access necessary information no matter where they are. The interface is good, and the concepts are friendly to salespeople, which helps them find and enter information easily whether it's leads, deals, or contacts. The overall familiarity with HubSpot is great because it's widely available in the market, lowering the learning curve for new users. Also, I find the way HubSpot provides and stores data very useful because I can use the APIs to make more of the sales data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the integrations of HubSpot with other systems could be improved. The data from HubSpot, when integrating it with other systems like a custom CRM built in-house, billing systems, or accounting systems that we use, presents challenges. We find we need to put some custom connectors in place, and the concepts in HubSpot are a little bit different than other systems, requiring us to do extra work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub helps track sales deals and team progress, maintains workflow, and manages deal closure, including credit or commissions, effectively supporting the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using HubSpot Sales Hub because it's easy to use and very simple. It makes managing tasks straightforward. The initial setup was very easy and it really makes the job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I missed a lot of tasks because I feel that only sending a notification on email for the task is not appropriate. There must be some notification on HubSpot for a pop-up might help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub easy to use, which makes managing sales and tasks simpler. Its simplicity streamlines our workflow, making setup and daily tasks a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot keeps everything in one place — contact records, pipelines, and outreach all organized by product line. Breeze AI has been a game changer for building lead lists fast. The ability to manage a whole team's activity, track where every prospect stands, and upload bulk contacts saves me hours every week. It's the backbone of how I run business development across multiple service lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Breeze AI can lag — sometimes it freezes the page I'm on until the response loads, and occasionally it won't insert generated content into my records properly. I'd also love the ability to have two HubSpot tabs open simultaneously with Breeze running independently in each. For someone who moves fast and inputs a lot of information quickly, the response speed needs to catch up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of managing high-volume business development across multiple product lines without losing track of anyone. Before having everything centralized, keeping up with hundreds of prospects across ATM processing, ACH, and property management would be chaos. Now every contact, every outreach stage, and every team member's activity lives in one place. Breeze AI speeds up lead research and contact building that would otherwise take hours manually. It essentially acts as my entire BD operation — research, organize, outreach, track, follow up — all without switching between a dozen different tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is my #1 source of truth for all the data related to current and target accounts. I appreciate that the platform is not stalling and keeps pace with all the AI developments, so I don't feel like I'm using an obsolete piece of software. I also find the reporting features valuable as I can conversationally request data and receive detailed reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface may seem a bit overcrowded, but it's the nature of the beast.

HubSpot is a solid platform overall and is fairly easy to navigate, but one thing I find challenging is that some of the more powerful features are only available in the higher-priced plans. As a company grows, the costs can add up quickly. I've also noticed that certain reporting and customization options don't always offer the level of flexibility that larger or more specialized sales platforms provide.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep all my sales activities organized in one place. Instead of switching between different tools or tracking information manually, I can manage contacts, monitor deals, and keep track of customer interactions more efficiently.
The biggest benefit for me is that it saves time and makes it easier to stay on top of follow-ups. The automation features reduce repetitive tasks, and the visibility into the sales pipeline helps me prioritize opportunities better. What do you like best about the product?
