Effortless Communication and Seamless Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have texting as an available option to communicate with my customer base. I also like the built in social media features, and the overall ease of use with the program. It also integrates fairly well with my companies systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I received push notifications for messages, instead of emails. Email notifications are great, but they don't offer the same instant "in your face" type of notification, that would be useful in this sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows for an alternative way to reach customers when they are avoiding phone calls or emails. This benefits our agency greatily as most business is conducted via Yext.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Yext extremely beneficial for managing local listings for franchise businesses. It effortlessly maintains consistency across all listings, addressing the specific needs of both brands and franchises. The easy setup process adds further convenience to using Yext regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting feature in Yext to be somewhat difficult to navigate. It would greatly improve my experience if the process for creating power listing reports for current clients was more straightforward.

Yext simplifies optimizing listings for large franchises, maintaining brand consistency and meeting specific needs. It is easy to set up, enhancing operations for franchise businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it very easy to manage and sync business information across multiple platforms. Instead of updating dozens of directories one by one, I can push changes out instantly, which saves a lot of time and reduces the risk of errors. The dashboard is straightforward, and I like that analytics are included so I can track how often people are engaging with my listings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing feels high compared to alternatives, especially for small businesses. Some features are locked behind higher tiers, which can be frustrating if you only need one or two of them. Also, there’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, and support response times could be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps centralize the management of business information across multiple locations. Instead of logging in to different directories and platforms individually, I can update hours, addresses, and details in one place. This saves time, keeps data consistent, and helps ensure customers always see accurate information online, which reduces confusion and increases trust

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is great for doing bulk edits for several brands or companies and keeping everything housed in one place. It also helps you to know at a glance if there are any issues with any listings rather than going into specific platforms and listings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little easier to use, especially with connectors and configuration. Higher tiers can get a support team to help rush or implement things on your behalf, but I don't have that tier so it's a bit trickier. There's also issues with various publishers, that you sometimes don't have control over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is great for doing bulk edits for several brands or companies and keeping everything housed in one place. It also helps you to know at a glance if there are any issues with any listings rather than going into specific platforms and listings. It helps me to not have too many tabs open and just have one login for everything for the most part.

What do you like best about the product?
It's built to accommodate all the requests I need and route them to the proper approvers without me having to worry about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menus are not always as intuitive as I would like.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to do bulk updates to my listings inside the platform. I manage over 300 listings, and being able to upload them all at once is very efficient. I also like that I can upload hours for listings efficiently. I also like the timely syncs that are reflected to the external listings (google, facebook, yelp, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if there was a way to "tag" other users in the chat feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to update multiple listings at once, bulk updates. It saves me a lot of time.
