What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Yext's simple back end that makes it easy to make changes, which is super helpful given our large volume of healthcare workers. The dashboard is easy to work with. I also find that the content management process is an easy workflow, which makes things run smoothly.

I use Yext for marketing and reputation management, especially in healthcare. It simplifies making changes with a user-friendly backend and streamlines content management workflows.
Eases Marketing with Simple Setup, Some Listing Delays
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Yext allows me to access every listing and link every social media account I have. It's way easier for me, especially since I'm not a pro in informatics. Yext saves me a lot of time, making management simpler by letting me make one post and share it everywhere. It also helps with the type of picture I need to put in, showing me the right size to ensure it looks good on the website. The initial setup of Yext was very easy, to be honest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's still a bit complicated, and it takes too much time to update on the real website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage my stock and marketing. It helps a lot with marketing advertising, saves time, makes it easy to streamline social media posts everywhere, and ensures pictures are the right size for the website.
User-Friendly Platform with Flexible, Powerful Data Visualizations
What do you like best about the product?
The platform isn't perfect, but generally it is user friendly. I also love the way data is visualized with the ability to cut it a bunch of ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few things. I would prefer to have a single account contact that can handle my issues rather than emailing the helpdesk individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 189 stores and most stores have another entity within. Being about to manage the hours of operation, reviews, and pages of all those entities is business critical and Yext makes it relatively easy.
Effortless Location Management with Quick Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Yext is very easy to use, even for our tech-challenged employees! It simplifies our entire process of location management. I enjoy that Yext gives my bank control and confidence. As I work in marketing, it's great to know that our locations, hours, and lenders are shown accurately without having to double check multiple sites or platforms. Updates go live quickly when we have a one-off branch closure for weather or renovations, which is so nice! The updates are quickly turned around, so I don't have to guess if other directories picked up the change or worry that outdated hours or old addresses are still floating around. Yext really centralizes our whole process and reduces mistakes while saving time. It gives us control and more confidence because we know we don’t have to deal with a frustrated customer showing up to the wrong location or outside of a branch’s normal business hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the platform was a bit overwhelming at first, but once I was acclimated, it was very easy to use. Sometimes I have to navigate around features or tabs I don’t directly use for my job so that can create some clutter. Sometimes it takes some extra clicks to get where I need to go, so just creates some visual noise sometimes. Maybe we could have the option to customize our dashboard to only include what we use daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage information for bank locations. It solves inconsistent location data, saving time and reducing errors by publishing accurate info quickly across platforms. It protects our brand, ensures compliance, and provides confidence that customers find up-to-date information online.
Easiest Tool for Managing Clinic Reviews
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Yext notifies me when someone leaves a review, which helps me see the review and address it right away. It's easy to use, and I had no trouble with the initial setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I saw a Google review but it did not show up on Yext. Idk if it’s supposed to.

I use Yext to have all reviews in one place and get notified when someone leaves a review, allowing me to address it right away. It's easy to use.

customer service, ease. of implementation, reporting capabilities, clickable suggested search results, front-end display limitations

providing an actual, functional, search experience that can be customized across the website based on different entities (brands, segments, site segmentation such as blog vs. recipes)
Easy Review Sorting and Direct Responses in One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to view and sort reviews, as well as responding to them directly from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t use it enough to have a specific dislike.

Posted reviews by customers are notified to my email which makes responding to them faster.
Streamlined Location Management, Needs Navigation Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Yext's expansive documentation; it's so comprehensive that there's never an issue we can't solve. It's also fantastic to have an easy database for all the information we need. The initial setup was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise because I feared it would be difficult or time-consuming. Integrating directly with WordPress and having our client integrate with GMB is a big plus, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit tricky to find information I am needed. Pages seem to be overly nested that it's difficult to find what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext centralizes client information for multiple locations, eliminating the need to update details separately on GMB and websites, preventing outdated information.
Centralized Management and Intuitive Analytics Make a Difference
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized Management being able to see all of the information in one locations. The interface is user-friend easy to use and straightforward. Able to see and create different analytic reports giving insights to our customers' behavior
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem I encountered, which may be due to my lack of expertise with APIs, was that I was simply provided with links to search for information on my own. I would have appreciated more direct guidance about the specific issue, rather than just being given links that might relate to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool gives our store managers immediate insight into how they are serving our customers, along with actionable feedback they can use right away, rather than having to wait for someone at headquarters to compile a monthly report. We can easily access the data ourselves and build custom dashboards so that all managers can review feedback as needed.
