What do you like best about the product?
- quick and helpful support,
- detailed information in real time,
-Exponea-dashboards are a feast for the eyes,
- A/B testing is remarkably easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find any stain on this product. Usually when I find something unclear it is very easy to figure it out with their immediate support..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- For marketing decisions, we are tracking all necessary information with Exponea in real time. Exponea A/B testing helps us optimize our processes and save money thanks to more effective distribution of expanses. We can also target our segmented users by email and notifications directly from Exponea.

What do you like best about the product?
The way how Exponea is forcing you to understand what data are analyzed and through find right interpretation of result.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of technical ducumentation. I´m not sure what is happening "behind the scene" sometimes.

Conversion rate - Web Layers focused on buying decision encouragement

What do you like best about the product?
It is only tool we use everything is there!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is little bit expensive so keep track to use it correctly :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Exponea for:
1. Abandonment basket
2. Automatic communication (mailing) with customers.
3. Tracking conversion / optimising website
4. Showing interactive content on website for our users (banners)
5. Analysing our customers

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time metrics and automation are the key features we enjoyed the most with our communication campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
In 2 years there was no reason to complain so far. If there were any, the support is always helpful and available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Exponea for various purposes. We communicate masively via emails. Exponea made possible to use high personalization to adress our customers, precisely track a desision they made, and be ready to provide them with additional offer. I personally value the most the real-time metrics that allow great flexibility to change campaigns cross-platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand, versatile, logical improvements. Insightful consultants, happy to help. Better conversion.

They are busy and sometimes it took a while to get hold of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Exponea when organizing a our large tech conference in London. It has a simple common sense approach that helps us understand how and why it works. While their technology is useful and interesting and they do improve lead-collection, it was help of their consultants that we really appreciated. They helped us set up email campaigns, improve the ticketing page and so on. No wonder the conversion rate went up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth the money. But surely talked to them about your concerns to see if they are the best company for what you need.

I would like to have more integrations (Slack?).

I don't have to use 3 different services anymore. Pricing is very reasonable to value.

Exponea helps in increasing effectivity of Telco operator's campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, real-time metrics, great Exponea support, possibility to affect campaign immediately and no need to use other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing really to dislike. Sometimes clients do not understand that things can go that easy :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Exponea for effectivity increase of campaigns for a leading Telco operator. In this exact case, we appreciated mainly its incredible flexibility. That is built on an autonomous, immediate entry into the system of our client's website, without intervention of their web administrator. That was the only way we could reverse negative trends in their media curve. Waiting for administrators would cause fatal delays in each of their campaigns. This real-time change option, as well as real-time analytics of Exponea, which allow us to adjust campaigns several times a day, have resulted in a clear increase in ROI for this particular client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check all direct execution platforms on the market. Compare their functionalities and price and you will get to the decision we made - to switch to Exponea.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used Exponea’s tool and consulting support for the now famous Fofola campaign, which has won two Gold Effie Awards for communication effectiveness. Exponea gave us a number of media insights. For example, after analyzing Facebook and YouTube traffic to the campaign website, we realized that while both had similar costs, the people coming from YouTube spent more time and were more active on our website. We changed our media planning and the campaign became more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be great to have powerpoint-ready exports of the results for marketing departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy integration and we didn't need in-house analytics specialists. Exponea consultants gave us insights and helped us to implement them.

What do you like best about the product?
Great service and insights for the presentation. Easy-to-implement tips for a full-year campaign. You don't need multiple analytics and automation tools because everything is already inside Exponea.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients have problem to identify which department's budget to use for analytics services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an advertising agency, we see many clients lose their way in online marketing opportunities, and struggle to find the right metrics, KPIs and real results for their money. Exponea has helped us justify and show the direct impact of our creative concepts. Exponea consultants helped way beyond the preparation: they were even willing to be part of the pitch presentation.
