Exponea is a great tool for planning and executing e-mail campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
I like simple and intuitive UI of Exponea. It is very easy to use, create campaigns and target segments even for non-experienced users. The impact/success of the campaign can be evaluated easily with provided stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response of the application is sometimes too slow (especially when importing bunch of photos).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We appreciate simple yet powerful creation of target audience based on specific rules that helps us send better pointed campaigns.

Empowering solution that makes marketers less dependent on IT department

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from great UX which makes the platform very easy to use, even for new user, I appreciate how expeonea empowers growth marketers by making them less dependent on IT departments. This solution makes designing, test and evaluating the impact of new email campaign, web layer or targeting incredibly easy. Last but not least, it works very well with 3rd parties - we''ve been enjoying the benefits of its integration with both Facebook and Adwords API lately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Exponea is still a fast growing SaaS company, there are obviously some growing pains. We have noticed that are account managers have been changed a couple times. I assume this is due to rapid growth of the company itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, it empowers marketers by making them less dependent on the IT. If we decide to test a new trigger-mail scenario, we do not have to ask our IT department to do all the heavy lifting - prepare the segments, set up the mailing etc anymore. This provides us with dramatically quicker iteration cycle and allows us to test a lot more hypothesis while saving precious development time.

Additionally, I enjoy the fact that customer segments from exponea can be used as audiences in both adwords and facebook - which provides us with even more smart options in terms of LTV management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Exponea. It is a platform, do not count on it making the magic happen by itself - but it will empower you to make it happen. All in all it is a great product with superb support (seriously, they usually reply within 5 minutes of your request) and I honestly can't recommend it enough.

What do you like best about the product?
We shifted from an endless stream of tools to a single platform. First we used Exponea just for analytics. After we realized the confusion about “what each metric/report in previous tools means and why they differ” is gone, we made Exponea a brain of our marketing stack -> data flows both ways, in and out.
We stopped exporting contacts from analytics tools and importing them to emailing tools and it saved us lot of time. Exponea allows you to execute omni-channel campaigns from one system through its ability to easily integrate with almost any system and trigger the right kind of action in your call-centre system or POS system. Plus big thumbs up for the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult attribution challenge is with offline campaigns, but our main focus is online environment. This is not an issue for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exponea helped us to reach our customers by personalized messages and emails. We mainly use Exponea email management tools. You just drag & drop all the elements and key visuals; and email template is ready in a few seconds.

Complex analytic tool from campaign to conversions

What do you like best about the product?
I like its own Tag Manager where I can intuitively track parts of the website without the help of a programmer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a massive tool and in the very beginning I need the help from Exponea support team. I wish they'd prepare more tutorials or ebooks in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exponea really helps us with monetization of customer journeys from the start of the campaign to the last conversion click and gives us a bigger picture on the campaign touch points.

What do you like best about the product?
I like whole tool. I can customize what I want. Everything is on me and this is cool I think.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of new features interesting for me. For example new triggers or more default weblayers ready for small changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had to sell more SIM cards for telco client. We reached approximately 300% increace in sale with Exponea. We also seva a lot of money for our clients on online media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Year 2017 is important for big data. Exponea is unique tool for work with them. Traditional form of advertising is ok but online surrounding is every day more and more important. Through this tool you can know your customer much better. You can analyze everything you want. And the most important thing is that you can do real time exekution on your website and thats real big thing. Do not hesitate. Exponea is great tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the detailed funneling process, options to targets our no name visitors much more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. I saw the very first version where was a lot of to improve, but how they upgraded and changed product since than is simply amazing. Current version is fully functional, easy to use and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea enables me to create a campaign in a few clicks and helps me be both more efficient and effective in my work. Particularly, I like flexibility of email editor and personalization possibilities which help me to create relevant content to our customer and send it to them at per-person tailor time. Exponea’s flexibility enables me to think of infinite number use-cases since from my experience there is always a way how to do it in Exponea. There is always a consultant ready to help me and support on my hacking journey for a new out of the box use-case.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional UX struggles which however do not influence the functionality, rather design. I would like to have an access from mobile which Exponea does not offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Via Exponea I manage whole communication with our customers where we create several types of emails such as x-sell, up-sell, reactivation, onboarding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Most important thing in the beginning is "internal audit" of data and what you want to track and how. Without that no marketing cloud will be good.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that everything in the platform is within one solution, therefore, it is easy to use functions like AB tests for every type of campaign and immediately measure the results. The tracking of Exponea into our platform was fairly easy and the SDK documentation was very well created. When in trouble, Exponea support was prompt to answer and help me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Exponea is evolving fast sometimes I had to wait a few days for the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I implemented recommendations within our website and used algorithms from Exponea to significantly improve the performance in clicks and purchases.

Analytics and automation booster for your company

What do you like best about the product?
Exponea consists of two large families of features, i.e. Campaigns and Analytics. We use mainly the analytics part, that is crafted into an easy-to-use Dashboard, which represents a one-stop-shop for important indicators and metrics. Where you can easily add or edit Customer Profiles and make use of behavior history and analytics to improve result delivery times. Thanks to event attributes we can run aggregate or expression, for example you can select event session start and its attribute country into rows. There are also multiple modifiers in report metrics, which help visualize our the data in tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we work with Exponea dashboards, mobile application would be much appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use revenue attribution report to get a comprehensive overview of acquisition sources and customer touch-points leading a purchase. Multiple models include first/last touch, linear, and time decay. Also Exponea allowed our IT department to refocus on their traditional operational support roles.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love that Exponea is oriented towards direct execution and fast result delivery - this suits us a lot. Exponea is a great combination of analytics and engagement automation to improve customer experience. Marketing automation is one of the most advanced I have ever experienced. We use Exponea’s attribution models for specific use cases, personalized and running Aggregates, custom metrics, and SQL Reporters.
Initial Integration took us few hours. Fully operational within 2-3 weeks. What I value the most is that Exponea does not require our IT department capacity for ongoing support and maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Exponea solved us the most challenging use cases. We just need to be up to date because of the new features every 2-3 weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exponea is loaded with features that will help you understand your customers, and respond to their priorities in real time. We use Exponea for:
omnichannel campaigns to reach our customers with personalized and timely messages. Our main target is to significantly enhance our opportunities to acquire a loyal customer.
One time banner possibilities - we wanted a promotion that would be seen just once by our customers. We created a web layer banner promoting a huge discount for the whole spring deal. The marketing message was “now or never”. It was quite easy to create it via web layer feature in Exponea app with significant impact on activating new members.
