What do you like best about the product?
Very easy platform integration, friendly support service, additional integrations, and of course super personalization and speed of the system with huge amounts of data in real time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of AMP support for emails in the existing editor.
New extended roles still do not allow very flexible configuration of permissions for the entire team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to analyze data faster than a developer pulls it out of the database :)

What do you like best about the product?
I made an 'out of the ordinary' request and they still delivered on it. The tone was helpful and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was some reluctance at the beginning and it took a few days to solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're hoping we can surface some key policies to the visitors of our website. We've yet to see the results of this.

What do you like best about the product?
customer focused, very analytical, easy to use

lack of some metrics. To be able to make some analysis (such as subscriber development) we needed to work really hard.

Now we have a multi channel approach thanks to Exponea. With the help of scenario we can create marketing automations easily

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to view people's data and how they interacted with everything we put on our website. We can create custom reports for this and monitoring changes in real time to better understand the shopper journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more difficult analysis we need the help from Exponea support team.

Customer behaviour analysis, effective personalized product recommendations for customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear and easy view of customer information and activities on site.
Great support from the help desk every time
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the custom values that I want to create can be a bit difficult but the support team are always on hand to guide me through it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing basket size by recommending the right product for the right customer. The results of this are bigger basket sizes in terms of lines per order and value. The customer also benefits because he gets the right product in one order.

A great product that can help solve so many issues. Take the time to learn and understand the platform as it will make your life so much easier

What do you like best about the product?
The webhook is my favorite tool. This is the main advantage of the service.

I would like to be able to integrate with Yandex.Audience

Simple user interface, access to online support, online support materials

Reporting suite takes some getting used to

We have had some data integrity issues due to the way Exponea was set-up at the beginning, so currently purging data and creating new aggregates to fix some of these issues.
