What do you like best about the product?
The huge potential for CRM regarding target groups, scenarios and Weblayers.

Sometimes it isn't easy to implement new things but there is a lot of help docs.

What do you like best about the product?
A tool that is comprehensive, powerful, modern and very fast
What do you dislike about the product?
No intelligent internal search engine module and greater possibilities of analyzing the product catalog and managing the offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work on CLV and advanced analytics of user behavior
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Possibility of integration with all communication channels with the client (email, sms, push), integration with Google Ads and Facebook Ads systems, A / B onsite tests, a very extensive analytical system and the speed of the tool itself.

What do you like best about the product?
UX, features in the platform, mixing CRM and CDP
What do you dislike about the product?
Impossible to do everything you want without help from consultants. Mostly because of Jinja coding which does not exist many other places.

What do you like best about the product?
Once integrated, the possibilities are endless to create experiments and weblayers and understand what works before committing to code releases.
In addition there are other marketing features that can be used to collect and analyse data.
The support team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep, exhaustive training is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tested the acceptance of our new website look and feel before the replatform project.
We implemented use cases like abandoned basket with positive outcomes.
The email platform saves time and effort to our design team.
We can make small changes to the store designs quickly and without code releases.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, excellent documentation and helpful browser extension. I also like the fact that I can go to support with almost every issue and they're always trying to find the best solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything that I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our client wanted to implement smart searching and bloomreach was possibly the best option. It also lets us implement lots of custom solutions for different challenges that our clients give us.

Future-Thinking CDP Solution

What do you like best about the product?
What's great?
- Customization options are essentially endless.
- Personalization and AI help us serve more relevant offers.
- The on-demand chat support is amazing. These folks are not just customer support people, but knowledgeable solutions engineers, with tech backgrounds.

What's good?
- We can leverage the Exponea API to plug all of our communication channels into the CDP for cross-channel data tracking.
- The onboarding team is pretty helpful, and the account managers are strategic and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's bad?
- There were some snags during the onboarding process, likely due to the acquisition that occurred soon after our contract start date. Bloomreach acquired Exponea, and so our onboarding, account, and support team got shuffled around a few times. Thus, communication was not as great as it could have been.
- We dealt with a few data processing latency issues early on, which were attributed to overuse of our shared instance. Imports and events were delayed.

What could be better?
- A better log of the onboarding process that updates as it changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We've been able to consolidate our CRM communication channels.
- We're able to have a better view of CRM attribution.
- We can personalize our CRM and web experiences.

It´s a benefit to have all data in one system and to create campaigns across all channels. With Bloomreach we can perfectly fit the needs of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is intuitive, reporting user-level is great, aggregates are a livesaver if you happen do delete or overwrite some atrtibues. Integrated survey module allow for better understanding consumer behavior. Webhooks response can be stored within the scenario therefore unlocking even more opssiblitis. What I also like is that there are attibues on event level not only on customer level. Easy to use sementation (no need for additional attribues for segments) and they can also easily be used in reportind as a dimension.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though reporting is advanced in the reports section, some practice is needed to have the right data in the report as filtering order is not very clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We almost do not need developers for marketing (apart from initial set-up) as this tool is robust!

What do you like best about the product?
Since we started using Exponea, nothing stands in our way technically. Thanks to the events tailored to us and the many interfaces, we can reach the right people with the right message. The support is a great help in this.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be too big for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reach our customers and potential new customers segmented with the right message on different channels. At the same time, to be able to implement this on a user-friendly interface.
