Extremely powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach has an incredibly powerful set of analytics and segmentation tools, facilitating deep, meaningful understanding of our customer data. It's easy to create highly targeted, trigger-based automations to help achieve our business goals. Overall, it's an extremely versatile tool (one of the most flexible CRM/ESPs that I've ever used) that offers a huge array of customisation over how you use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to its high level of customization, it can be very complex to understand how to use the various elements of Bloomreach to begin with. Even simple reporting and data analysis can be pretty complicated until you've gained a good understanding of the reports, aggregates, running aggregates, segmentation tools, etc. I've been using the tool almost daily for approximately 4 months, and there are still elements that I struggle to completely understand. However, I do get a good level of support from my CSM and support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Bloomreach as our ESP to create and send all BAU and service emails. We also use it to create complex, highly targeted trigger-based email and SMS automations throughout the customer lifecycle, as well as to personalise the on-site user experience through weblayers and experiments. It's also our central CRM reporting tool; we use it to create customer segmentations and reports, to help understand our shopper base. These segments also feed into our digital ads taregeting across display and social.
Bloomreach is 10/10!

Have been working with Bloomreach for more than 6 months now and so far, I don't dislike anything.

The intuitive & user-friendly design of the system makes even the most complicated of tasks much more manageable.
Having the freedom to input additional data aggregates/expressions to improve our targeting & reporting is incredibly valuable.
The flexibility & power of the tool, showing the customers at each different point of a journey/scenario & being able to easily manipulate it based on what you see.

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tools are incredibly powerful, but setting up some of the metrics with more advanced formulae can be slightly complicated & requires second & third checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Bloomreach as our CDP & execute all of our CRM activity through here. We're increasing the real-time functionality in phases so we can better communicate with our customers.

Simplicity. The business user can perform all analyses, scenarios and actions. No coding is needed.

Not so strong abilities in data manipulation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving lead form conversion, some basic recomendations, web/email scenarios (like lost basket, etc.)
Product is great, but sometimes it is hard to reach support team & reports can be more intuitive

Reports are hard to make, could be easier, survey section is a mystery without explanation where and how it is used plus its' templates

The flexibility of the system and its fairly understandable interface help a lot. Bloomreach functionality and technical connectivity to other systems and providers solve the tasks set for the system.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have requests in the settings of detailed selections for data that are now being transferred to Bloomreach, but as it turned out, there are certain limitations in their use. For example, it is not possible to simply and accurately configure the consolidation of data on adjacent objects that we transfer. We have already spent a lot of time creating catalogs, but so far we have not managed to solve our problem with the required quality. Perhaps this concerns the specifics of our practices, but we believe that this request may arise from most companies in the Russian market.

We use this product to increase loyalty to our company and you know it's simple. It is very flexible and easy to set up and carry out the necessary research, and in case of difficulties, partners from Bloomreach will promptly help. Efficiency in resolving issues and difficulties is very important for us, since our processes are very dynamic and cost $.
We, like most other companies, use different products, and what's cool is that Bloomreach has built-in connectors that will allow you to connect them simply and in a short time. If you have no experience with this platform, this is also not a problem, since they can conduct training for you, where they will tell you in detail and give practice about working with it.

Omnichannel opportunities and experiments.

Sometimes it isn't easy to implement things that we need for our specific business. But to be honest, Exponea is trying to solve them.

We are using omnichannel communication (e.g. direct mail - email reminder - and on the end SMS reminder).

Intuitive design and professional support, very quick engines and many updates with new useful features, whick inspires us a lot

Can't wait to be able to Ctrl+C from one scenario to another

We are strictly limited by the number of communications per client due to law. Bloomreach does great helping us control it

Editing and sending mass emails was really helpful compared to the traditional way of sending.
It is really user friendly and enables you to easily create complex scenarios

I like the intuitive and graphic way to build scenarios

Many default options can´t be changed. Some lists are listed in alphabetical order and you can´t change it (columns in imports)
