Many elements we haven't explored as of yet - the personalisation and CDP are our key focus currently

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach allows me to analyze our customer’s activity in a well-structured way. Great product analytics, reports, prediction and customer journey automation. Additionally, the tracking and profile merging allows me to combine more tracking data sources to empower our customer journey more visibly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard from the beginning to get used to the navigation. However, with all of the benefits I get from using this product, it is definitely worth the initial effort and learning. Documentation helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is helping me always to have a clear and easy-to-utilize tracking history of all of the customer’s actions. Sometimes I need to analyze website actions, personalize the website, and also be able to contact customers, depending on their current state proactively. Bloomreach facilitates all of these things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation is to always ask for feedback from other Bloomreach customers. Once you hear that feedback, you will be sure that this is the right product for you. The level of consciousness you will get in your direct marketing after Bloomreach installation cannot be compared with any other martech.
Bloomreach is the best content and campaign management and data analytics platform
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Bloomreach is the campaign personalization and the integrations with other systems. Also, the funnels allow us to generate conversions in a short time. The platform also has great support that is very helpful with specific (and more difficult) use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is sometimes slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The significant benefit that we have realized from Bloomreach is we can now quickly implement and evaluate A/B tests. We can also send personalized emails with the right content at the right time. That greatly helps user activation. We are now also able to make the search of our product more manageable for our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that your end-users are involved in the migration and scope documentation. Make the most of Bloomreach’s integration consultants - they are incredible and treat your goals as if they were their own. They are also experts at translating your business requirements into use cases within Bloomreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use features and to build templates/scenarios. The team we had to support on implementation were great and really helpful on getting the project set up. I really liked the academy training provided as it helped familiarise oneself with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very easy to use on a laptop which can be frustrating at times. Also I found that if you haven't done the training, it takes a bit more time to learn how to use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Injecting personalisation onto our marketing has really helped to improve our email performance and it's great to have it all on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of customer attributes and events (e.g., email campaigns or purchase events) leads to a very powerful and relatively easy-to-use marketing tool. In addition the Live Chat help is very useful and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the implementation process, we were not quoted a sufficient number of consulting hours however, working with the team, we were able to come to a mutually beneficial compromise and working with the helpful consultant reached a satisfactory solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A better understanding of our customers from a multitude of data sources and a better quality of email marketing campaigns targeted. This has resulted in a greater quality of email send, an increase in database size and a large delivery rate/click-through rate. The tool is increasing our ability to attribute email send to actual purchases of our products.

We have integrated Bloomreach (Exponea) into a custom-built SCV database to maximize the potential of the tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to expand your knowledge of the platform, I completed the fundamentals course which has helped me massively in my day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit fast-paced and i think the course could of been taught in a more simplified way, especially for complete beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in CRM, we are solving problems like getting more engagement from lapsing customers through targeted email sends and segmentation.

All information was opened for whole time and during the test.

There were big differences in levels between each sessions and the final testing. The final test contained some questions which could not find in the help videos.

It is really good to know all from beginning because it can makes your work easier. Go through the lessons on time it can help to prepare some questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic user interface, good integration of data sources, multi-channel capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any downsides I have experienced come from SendInBlue which it uses for actually scheduling and sending emails. This can be frustrating as I have experienced some downtime.

We use Bloomreach for customer messaging and marketing. It helps us retain customers and increased customer lifetime value.

Bloomreach offers excellent opportunities to tailor offers and messaging on your website and in your communication to the customers' interests.
The interface is easy, and once you grasp the logic, things can be edited and adapted quickly.

It is crucial that the set-up is made correctly and that the relevant data properties are tracked or exported to Bloomreach.
The support staff, while available and competent, are mostly tech-people and as a business user, it's not always easy to convey to them the problem you're having. It is a definite advantage to be at least familiar with scripting or to have an implementation partner who can translate the business requirements into a more technical vocabulary.

We use Bloomreach to make relevant product recommendations to our online shop visitors and recipients of our newsletters. The newsletters themselves are also composed and sent out through Bloomreach. More solutions such as push messaging and personalisation are planned but not yet implemented.

Convenience of communication with clients, flexible scenario settings. Excellent analytics and the ability to use third-party services for analysis; export of third-party analytics results to Exponea.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) There is a slight lack of monitoring within Exponea to track when certain events stop loading or metrics suddenly decrease; notification to several emails.
2) It would be great to have more advanced dashboards, to insert custom charts based on D3, for example.

This is an excellent service, I think it's the best on the market. The simplicity of operation and the range of tasks it can solve, along with the flexibility of customization, will amaze you.
