All in one
What do you like best about the product?
Elaborate templating language usable in almost all of the features. Especially combination with webhooks and scenarios is very powerful, allowing us to connect with any API and programmatically process the data. This setup solves many tasks that would otherwise require some microservice to be developed. It also helps with the transition from marketers to technologists/developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recommendation feature could have gotten more prioritization. So far, the computation/learning time is really long and often not successful. When it's combined with a few bugs discovered along the way, even getting to the testing phase takes a long time. I see a huge potential there once it works smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM campaigns automation, execution, analytics & their data integrations. Have it all in one seems like a biggest benefit to me. I'v seen quite few solutions from thre competitors and there is always something missing.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach offers a great UI, customization and excellent functionalities, top-notch B2B support, and an intuitive platform. Undoubtedly and upgrade to what we've been using previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features can be included in the scenario builder - for example, I firmly believe that web layers should be a part of it. Furthermore, the fact that there can be items with identical naming is something I find less than optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is providing us with a great mass marketing solution in the form of 'Exponea'. It has helped us greatly increase our productivity and aided us in adding variety and more personalization to the content we send out.

Go for it! The services are fantastic, easy to integrate, and completely worth it.

Documentation of the product. It's easy to understand, but I hope you can improve it too. We use search and merchandising and experience manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer, it's hard to start. It took us a lot of time to work with the experience manager. As a developer, it will help if there's a video for documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we're solving are searching merchandising and making components and pages inside the experience manager. It's easy to use once we get the hang of it.

since I'm a data engineer, I like the simplicity of the coding and explanation of the coding and api practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to have a timestamp in customer events, if i want to import the events that occurred for the current day or want to get the list of customers who has an event registered for the current day/ or specified time it is not possible which is a little frustrating

Search part is very good and aisle creation also matter.

Sometime feed failed in portal but we did not receive any communication

My Bloomreach (Exponea) Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is more intuitive and user-friendly that previous systems that I had use.
I am not a CRM expert, but I am working in Customer Experience and this system allow us to see different scenarios in our customer journey what allows us to understand better our customers needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
A bit complicated set-up and have a full knowledge of all the possibilities that this tool can bring us, but we are working to get a better use of this new system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly we are using it now to implement in our company push notifications, customer communications + E-Commerce, marketing automation, weblayer abs customer journey analytics.
I have really enjoyed the user experience of Bloomreach and the access to consumer reporting.

The user experience of the platform, making it easy to carry out the work that I need to.

The only negative I have experienced is around a glitch saving my work and then nagivating off the page "too soon" and losing it.

I feel that as a business Bloomreach has really helped us gain better access to our consumer data.
