Everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach combine the best tools a marketer needs with little time spending on integration. The possibility to match analytics behaviour with crm data is just amazing. I would like to say as well that the assistance is well prepared and really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other tools sometime the "query" in the scenario/campaign seems limited. Can happen that you need to create objects outside the scenario just to enable it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our requirement was for a tool that could manage website personalization, email marketing, and reporting in one place, without the need for extensive integration efforts. Bloomreach proved to be the ideal solution as it allowed us to avoid the hassle of aligning different systems and accomplish everything seamlessly.
Strongly Positive about Bloomreach
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and dashboard section, have been incredibly useful and very simple to use. In addition scenarios have made it easy to prep campaignes and flag customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data manager and tag manager section have been slightly confusing and hard to get the head round it. In additoin the Bloomreach website may be a bit slow at a time dispite having strong and fast enternet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps me to create user firendly reports and dashboards for other to be used. In addition a lot of A/B taesting have been done to build campaigns for the business
Great team and software
What do you like best about the product?
Very responsive and helpful support team who will often solve an issue o their own and just go here you go, which is really cool. Have been able to sort out most if not all of the problems we've been having.
What do you dislike about the product?
training could've been a bit better handled, there were a lot of bits within it that felt, more like ads for the software than an actual breakdown of the capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a much stronger view of what the customer is doing and why they're doing it, then being able to goon and engage with the customer where they are with the language and content they respond to.

What do you like best about the product?
All the possibilities in terms of data analysis, and segmentation. Also all the options in the creation of emails...
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit hard to understand how to get data: reports, metrics...

Bloomreach allows us to be very specific about our communications and to target the right people at the right time.

Userability of the platform is very easy for anyone new to Bloomreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to see duplicate email addresses before importing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of building/testing emails prior to sending and user-friendly areas to build out scenarios for automation.

Really easy to see segments and how they grow over time - which gives you a detailed insight into your audience.

When reporting over time, if I log information and then review it again later, it may change (I am going to contact BR about this).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily see split test results which is helping us to see a decent insight into our audience and learn what to do in future. With previous platforms, we could not see this level of detail in order to set rules and make decisions about future communications.
User friendly and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The ux is very intuitive and extremely easy to learn. The platform offers tons of functionalities that tie together seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to receive more in depth data analytics. It is often difficult to find certain data points using the metrics tab and the dashboard could offer more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach allows me to develop complex scenarios which automatically deliver targetted communications to segmented audiences. As a content platform, this allows me to target different groups of users who belong to different stages of the user journey.
Uses, training and support
What do you like best about the product?
Great tools to make marketing easy for everyone. Creating automated campaigns blends functionality with ease abilty without sacfrising either.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features can be quite hard to get hang of and supporting documents are a little hard to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us create automated personlised marketing for all our users.
Incredible Tool and Support
What do you like best about the product?
The Support team is incredible, quick and helpful. They take our suggestions and work on implementing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Tool has incredible potential but does fall short for specific uses. Their Recommendations and Coding shortfalls have made it hard to automate scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are incredible with email campaign creation and scheduling, and allow practically anything you throw at it. There is a bit of a curve when learning the platform however.
Whole New World with Bloomreach!
What do you like best about the product?
As an update from a year into using Bloomreach - I want to genuinely say this platform is a whole new world and has elevated the way we communicate to our customers. From our targeting, our campaign structure, our ideas, and more. I feel we are able to be innovative vs wondering what "walls" we will hit when trying to build out campaigns.
I would also like to take this time to SHOUT-OUT the wonderful team people at Bloomreach who have helped us be successful: Lindsey (our go-to person), Mohammed (we always love to chat with you), Mark (thanks for everything), Peter (we still miss you), and the rest of the lovely souls we've come across. What do you dislike about the product?
It would greatly enhance our experience for the following: (1) ability to export clickmaps for reporting, (2) making the survey feature more easy to use for marketers, (3) making polls easier to create within emails, (4) easier to set-up reports.
Double-please for the ability to export clickmaps! Would help a lot at the moment to share the results with our Brand team and agencies who don't go into Bloomreach as often (or have access). Currently, we have to take screenshots and put them together.
