Great tool and helpful support!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is amazing. The tool is versatile and makes doing a lot of my job a lot easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike about the tool itself. I can only think of things to improve regarding UI as it could be tricky. Once you know it though thoroughly it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily build dashboards and reports to understand our products and customer interactions with the products we offer. Customized dashboards is making it much easier to detect bugs we have faced while integrating new products and solve issues relatively quickly that we may have not been able to see.

Dashboarding is a challenge. This can be improved.

In Bloomreach we can collect and combine different data sources. Also it enables us to create a personalized omni-channel journey for our (potential) customers in just one system.

Bloomreach's load time needs improvement, and simple tasks sometimes require complex solutions. It lacks out-of-the-box solutions, complicating implementation for users seeking more streamlined processes.

Bloomreach seamlessly connects customers, customer data, and marketing campaigns. Its robust system enables businesses to integrate customer insights effectively, ensuring targeted and personalized marketing strategies for enhanced engagement and conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Visualise Customer data, Deploy Campaigns, Helpful and professional Customer Support , Customer Journeys, Easy Integration. I use Bloomreach everyday to understand customer behaviour, create reports, build campaigns, manage data imports and exports etc

I cant think of anything really, I dont have any issues using Bloomreach

The wide range of different tools and capabilities. I use it in my everyday work as a all-in-one solution.
I love the availability and proactivity of the customer support team. Very easy to learn and huge amount of documentation.

The only negative feature is the collection of one party data directly from internal survey feature which is pretty weak (i.e. no NPS)

What do you like best about the product?
The Bloomreach team was professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable throughout our lengthy platform and data migration. We have migrated multiple separate business areas using different platforms successfully into Bloomreach. The platform provides an intuitive UX for basic use and scope to grow for multi-channel integration across various teams each using the platform for different purposes. The platform is now integral to our daily business and provides insight for future planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our business is Travel focused and some elements of the functionality cater towards retail. But we have been assured this is something the Bloomreach team is working on.

A one-stop shop for all our data integration and multichannel campaign execution. Development of end to end journeys and plugging in additional platforms to support this. Centralising our data for profiling, mining and growth.

Sometimes the documentation doesn't quite answer the questions that you have.

As a business we weren't able to deliver personalised experience to our customers.Bloomreach helps solve this problem by providing tools and capabilities for personalization, allowing businesses to tailor content, product recommendations, and marketing messages to individual customer preferences and behaviors.
User-friendly platform with excellent customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Bloomreach is that it's user-friendly. I like that we can build scenarios by drag and drop. I found it easy to edit/make emails too. Intenally we had a training session for a few hours, and I could alrady start using the features after the session which was amazing.
Sometimes, I struggle to understand terms in Bloomreach but there are excellent documentations that is easy to find the information I want. My favorite part when struggling is the live chat feature where we can communicate with Bloomreach professionals in no time and you get perfect answer every time. They are fast, knowledgeble and helpful that makes my journey with Bloomreach super positive!

What do you dislike about the product?
Since I'm considered as a beginner, sometimes it's difficult to understand the meaning of each term. And what each metric is for. I believe it just takes time in the beginning to get used to all of it and I know that they are willing to help with those questions so I'm not that worried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM email marketing that was high cost and set content. Bloomreach is benefitial both from the budget and user perspecvites.

It's a great platform that allows you to deep dive into every touch point with your customer. It greats how personalised and targeted you can get with communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently I've found that it's a bit limiting in being able to showcase database growth (as a total) month on month but hopefully something they can work on this in the near future.
