Versatile and Comprehensive, Yet Challenging to Master
What do you like best about the product?
I like the range and versatility of Bloomreach. It enables us to really dive deep into the data and create unique personalization and segments for our customers in a way we didn't have access to in the past. I also enjoy the scenario aspect of their engagement platform, as it allows us to automate some of our marketing processes and streamline the personalization process. This helps save my team time by letting the marketing happen autonomously. The versatility aspect lets us carve up data in many different ways, which allows us to ask questions we didn't have the ability to with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the versatility of the tool, it can be a little challenging to ramp up with. They have a good academy course, but even that can be a little bit more IT-oriented. So helping business leaders understand some of those nuances, and transitioning to the reporting and analysis work to feel confident faster would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bloomreach to personalize the consumer experience, helping customers find products quickly, automate marketing communications, and streamline reporting processes. It saves my team time, enabling autonomous marketing and deep data exploration.
Powerful Personalisation and Easy Control Over Customer Journeys
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to work with, powerful personalisation, and gives us real control over customer journeys without loads of dev effort. It’s made testing, targeting, and optimising way quicker and more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel a bit complex at times, especially for new users, and some features have a learning curve. Certain tasks could be more intuitive, and clearer documentation or smoother workflows would make it even easier to use day-to-day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps us solve the challenge of delivering personalised, relevant experiences at scale. It brings customer data, targeting, and content together in one place, which makes it much easier to test, optimise, and adapt journeys quickly. This means we can respond faster to user behaviour and improve engagement and conversions without relying heavily on development support.
Smooth Migration, Clear API Docs, and Fast Support
What do you like best about the product?
The migration from our previous provider was a breeze. The API documentation was very clear, the support staff was quick to respond when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation was handled by third party and occasionally, they had to reach out to Bloomreach to get clarification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool we were using did not allow real-time target marketing.
Customizable and Efficient, But Needs More User-Friendly Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bloomreach for email marketing, and I find it very helpful for managing customer data and segmentations, creating reports, and sending out mass communications quickly and easily. I like that the data and events structure of Bloomreach is a lot more customizable than other providers, which gives a level of flexibility that you can't get with other out-of-the-box solutions. I can create new events or customer attributes much easier than on other platforms, allowing me more freedom to do my job without needing the help of the data or engineering teams. The initial setup was very easy when we switched to Bloomreach three years ago from Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking at other providers, a feature I'd like to see Bloomreach work on is the 'wait until' trigger within scenarios. It is possible but not as user-friendly as others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Bloomreach, I can quickly and easily manage customer data and segmentations, create reports, and send out mass communications. It offers customizability that allows creating new events or customer attributes without the need for data or engineering team support.
Easy-to-Use All-in-One Platform with a Helpful AI Assistant and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
how easy it is to use and how much it brings into one place. The AI assistant is really helpful, and the platform offers a wide range of features that allow you to manage everything in one environment. The customer support is also excellent, with a knowledgeable team and useful training courses that help you get the most out of the platform.”
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge can be the naming conventions and how some data areas are structured, which can make things harder to navigate when fields are labelled differently. It would also be helpful to have live updates or previews when building emails. Additionally, features like a built-in spell checker or prompts to flag missing elements would make the email creation process even smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, Bloomreach is helping us implement a new website and clean up our database ahead of launch. It’s allowing us to remove outdated or inaccurate data and gain a much clearer understanding of our B2B customers, which will help us deliver more relevant communication and experiences.

So far nothing has come up that I don't like.

Bloomreach helps solve challenges around website personalization, search optimization, and content management in one platform. This improves customer experience while helping our team deliver more relevant content and product recommendations more efficiently
Dynamic and powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very powerful platform and has many useful features that I haven’t found in other platforms. You can trigger journeys by using multiple events, and ensure customers have a personalised journey. I appreciate being able to record how engaged they are. I like the dynamic nature of Bloomreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like how dynamic Bloomreach is, but I would like to use reporting to track customers over time, like their email list health. It's so dynamic that I can't lock customers into static lists at times to report on their progress from one point in time to another. I'd like more options within reporting for looking at customer interactions.

I use Bloomreach for increased automated customer journeys, implementing new channels for clients, and reporting too.
Versatile Yet Needs Refinement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Bloomreach is to use and how things are clearly laid out. I appreciate using communication tools like email, push notifications, and in-app messaging to communicate across multichannels to our customer base, showing them their best offers and deals. These tools allow us to maintain a cross-channel marketing tone of voice, ensuring our customers see the same messages across multiple different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't as many out-of-the-box tools as I would expect. Being able to see the communications that you've sent to customers isn't as user-friendly as I would like. It can be a little frustrating to be able to actually show what you've sent to a customer if you've got an email with dynamic data that's always changing. There was no blind CC functionality in emails, which has meant that we aren't able to use that functionality. The reporting element is a little bit confusing and overly complicated, especially for a business like mine where we don't have revenue and instead use clicks and engagements.

Bloomreach allows all our communications to be sent from one system and lets us use that data to provide personalized products and services to our customers.

I really appreciate how powerful Bloomreach is, it makes managing content and personalizing experiences so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much I dislike, but sometimes the learning curve can be a bit steep for new users. Overall, it’s a great platform!

Highly Customizable, Insightful Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Bloomreach is very customizable, offering us a lot of options to achieve our desired setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to get access to a weblayer history, the same as it is available for scenarios. Also, when multiple people are working on a same scenario or weblayer at the same time, we only get a notification before saving that someone else had already made some changes. It means we have to start from scratch.
