Great Experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Very customisable, a lot of data and information to use any way you wish, chat support is very helpful with most problems I face.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation can be confusing sometimes and it can be difficult to find the page I need

Making it easier to upsell and cross-sell while personalisation marketing automation.

the many different tools that are combined in it that you can use for your daily marketing. Also the customer support is very helpfull and fast. If i have questions. they are always happy to help out!

there isnt anything that i dislike at the moment.

BloomReach is amazing! I use it daily to send emails and create web layers and automated scenarios. Customer support is top-notch. Also, it's super easy to navigate it considering the number of features it offers.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about BloomReach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BloomReach is giving me a 360 view on customers and the capability to reach each one in the best possible way.

Maybe report generation, but bloomreach is already working on that and trying to simplify it.

It helps us with segmentation, which is important these days.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Bloomreach is the Omnichannel approach and the flexibility in creating campaigns for different language domains in a single go. In contrast, in other platforms, we have to create different dashboards for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reposts are a bit tricky to make and less information is available online. It would be great if you could simplify the process of creating the segments and reports like other tools. Too complicated when it comes to Bloomreach.

The problem of the omnichannel approach and creating an A/B test for the Landing pages have been solved.

Personalising our on-site content using Bloomreach
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach has been my first forray into personalising content, single customer view etc, and the platform has been a fantastic introduction into the possibilities when it comes to getting the right content in front of the right user. We primarily work within Experiments and Weblayers, and the Bloomreach interface is so simple and user-friendly when it comes to making changes to existing content, or even creating brand new modals, pop-ups and banners to surface across our website. The filters are incredibly intuitive and easy to set up, save and re-use across multiple workstreams, and the analytics dashboards are expansive and contain all of the relevant data for the metrics we are tracking. The AI tool for creating new dashboards on the spot is particularly useful as well. Actually implementing tests once created is a doddle, and it has given our team (marketing) a lot more ownership of these types of experiments, whereas previously this was something almost entirely owned by a separate produce department. The customer support is second-to-none, with live chat being available to help out with any issues, almost at a moment's notice, and for more in-depth, development support, the team are always willing to jump on a call or lend their experence where they can.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion the page editor in experiments can feel a bit clunky, and sometimes changes to HTML either don't seem to take effect or result in an on-page experience that is unexpected. However live chat are always on hand to resolve any issues that I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a holiday business, every one of our customers wants something different in their search; whether it's a cheap break, a range of options to choose from, specific activity-based experiences, sustainable hotels etc etc. Previously we were not able to target individual customers (or segments) with tailored messaging, content, imagery, promotions - we simply had to go with the prominent demographic. Using Bloomreach we can now personalise every landing page to the specific customer need, showcasing highly-relevant products and promotions in a way that maximises conversion opportunities whilst still achieving our other important on page goals (SEO etc).
Problem solving and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support replies very quickly and is very friendly. They also help you by giving you more information so you can learn how to fix some problems yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interphase change in the customer support window because I can't copy and paste pictures to give more details about issues. Is not practical to have to save the picture and then attach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help me with some data import issues and also with the integration of data to create new events within our projects. They also help me improve reports and set up the right conditions to get the information I need.
User-Friendly CRM with Quick Setup and Engagement Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I find Bloomreach to be user-friendly, easy, and quick. I also use features like managed endpoints, weblayers, and scenarios in my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find accessing content for personalization with Jinja and removing content through the catalogs to be challenging. It takes a bit to readjust and adapt when setting things up.

I use Bloomreach for engagement. It assists with outbound and inbound CRM campaigns, and it's user-friendly, easy, and quick.
An excellent all-in-one platform
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting ability as well as the onhand support for every issue you may face. They are very quick at getting back to you and are able to escalate as/when needed if they are unable to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a voucher generator, such as is available in Klaviyo was a frustration of ours, although our CSM was able to point us the right direction of an excellent app to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach are helping us provide the C-suite reporting and analytics that GA4 fell way short of. We now also use the platform for all on-site data collection, the custom weblayers offer a seamless experience for both us and the user, allowing us to collect email, phone, and key demographic data that aids us in growing audience lists and the intelligence of our reporting.
