Flexible Call Routing to App or Desk Phone
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to send calls to the app or have them ring on my desk phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The older desktop phones don’t have Bluetooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to work remotely is a big plus. I also appreciate the flexibility to answer calls when I’m outside the office.
Streamlined Communication with Stellar AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use RingEX for internal communication in the workspace and communicating with outside people. As a Maintenance Coordinator for a Property Management company, it's a lot of use for calling vendors, tenants, owners, and other office spaces. I really appreciate the space to save drafts, keep records of calls with AI notes, and expedite communication. The AI notes and transcript features are fantastic because they can summarize the calls in a way that's easy for other people to understand complex ongoing situations, even if the communication is informal. They do a great job of understanding the context. These features provide context and save a lot of time by summarizing the key components of a situation for further follow-up. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I don't recall having major setbacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've encountered so far is that when I first started using the AI notes, it was configured in Spanish and I couldn't correct it. It resulted in hangups and mistrust but I had it fixed when I called technical support. The only downside is that I couldn't fix it by myself.
And sometimes text messages don't get delivered.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RingEX to save drafts, keep call records with AI notes, and expedite communication. It summarizes calls well for clarity on complex situations, saving time for follow-ups.
Effortless Communication, Small Setup Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I like RingEX because it's easy to use, user-friendly, and not complicated. This makes it really accessible for me and my team. I can use it on my phone, which is great for last-minute work tasks. It gives me easy access to team communication while keeping my personal messages private, a feature I appreciate a lot. The initial setup was pretty easy too, even though it was a bit expensive for just one user, the setup process itself was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that setting up text messaging, at least in California, is a little bit complicated. And, I wish there was a little bit more guidance on how to set it up, with, you know, the customer service or our rep. Rather than having to, you know, have a specific IT person can set it up. I think that's the only thing that, hasn't been the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RingEX for seamless communication with offshore employees, enabling them to make calls and send texts without extra hardware. It allows for international communication and preserves privacy by separating work and personal contacts.
Crystal-Clear Calls and Highly Customizable User Profiles
What do you like best about the product?
The call volume is incredibly clear, and I really appreciate the highly customizable user profiles along with the robust admin portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Several features were added to our account that the onboarding team never actually set up, and it was incredibly difficult to have them removed afterward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a flexible platform that lets our four-office company communicate easily and efficiently, all at a price point that feels appropriate for what we need.
Easy Client Communication, Smooth Queue Management, and Helpful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to communicate with clients via text, fax and phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I haven't had any bad experiences with RingEx
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to manage the queue for my team and run analytics.
Versatile System
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that RingEX is a single and scalable system. The seamless integration option for our development team is really valuable, especially since we've integrated the fax system feature with our CRM system. This means orders can be directly faxed from the CRM without needing to print them out separately. The initial setup was seamless too, with our phones connected and working without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little bit higher, but it’s worth having.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX is an all-in-one system that solves employee communication issues, including fax, and provides analysis for owners. It offers a single, scalable system with seamless integration options, like fax directly from our CRM.
Reliable Business Phone System with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like RingEX for its ease of use, which caters to both technical and non-technical audiences. The initial setup was straightforward; we managed to set up basic call flows and all users in just a few days of testing. RingEX has become our primary business system with about 60 users overall, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we ever had was in detailed reporting but this was available when using a different RingCentral product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched to RingEX to fix stability issues with our previous system. It's easy for both technical and non-technical users, and setting it up took just a few days.
Systems Manager
What do you like best about the product?
We love the seamless setup and portability of the product. With the world always on the go, we love the fact that we always can be connected to our telecommunication systems when we have to!
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love the call recordings to be centrally located without a 3rd party.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no issues at this time that are applicable.
Quick Support, But Account Manager Email Responses Take Far Too Long
What do you like best about the product?
The quick turnaround from Support is appreciated. However, the product’s capabilities and features can be found elsewhere for a fraction of the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our account manager takes too long to respond to emails—we consistently wait at least four days for a reply. This is not a good look, especially as we are considering leaving RingCentral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing. If anything, having this account adds to our problems. We were locked into a contract for 170 licenses when we only needed 30. We operate on year-to-year agreements, yet our account manager continues to push 24- and 36-month renewals. Since we raise funding each quarter, we are not in a position to commit to terms that long.
RingEX: The Core Cloud Communications Platform We Love for Our Customers
What do you like best about the product?
As an MSP and RingCentral reseller, we use RingEX as the core cloud communications platform we deliver and support for our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing can be confusing for customers and there is some administrative complexity for certain setups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral solves the problem of outdated and unreliable business communications by replacing legacy phone systems and disconnected tools with a cloud‑based communication platform.
