Delivers Seamless Usability and Accessibility

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly RingEX is. You don't really have to know anything about the program to jump in and use it pretty quickly and effectively. It's user-friendly even for our customer service people, making it easy to transfer calls and handle all that fun stuff. Also, it's great that we can send faxes straight from our computer without needing a physical fax. The ability to act as a virtual assistant after hours is something we love, as it solves manpower issues. I also appreciate the call log feature, which helps with customer service as we can easily reach out to customers who haven't left complete information. There are lots of methods to contact people via RingEX, which I like too. Overall, it's been great for our operations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX eliminates the need for a physical fax machine, allowing us to fax straight from our computer. It acts as a virtual assistant after hours, solving manpower issues. The user-friendly interface and call history features enhance our ability to follow up with customers easily.

Keeps Team Communication Simple

What do you like best about the product?
RingEX (Ring_central) is easy to use and keeps all communication (calls, messages, and meetings) in one place. The call quality is reliable, and the system works well across both desktop and mobile, making it easy to stay connected from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can lag or drop calls, especially with weaker internet connections. Also it sometimes will not send you messages sent by my drivers if they have a lumper payment link
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us respond faster, improves team coordination, and makes communication more efficient, especially when working across different locations.

What do you like best about the product?
RingEX works well for individual users and integrates smoothly with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t include the SMS automation functionality we need, so it isn’t a good fit for our use case.

It’s flexible and easy to integrate with HubSpot, which helps our retention team track communications more smoothly.

In-Depth Call Notes That Make It Easy to Refer Back

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the notes are posted after each phone call, with an in-depth summary of what was discussed. It’s really helpful when I’m taking calls all day and need to refer back to the details later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app on my computer crashes, but for the most part it only happens when I have a bunch of tabs open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping solve my memory issues, and I love that my notes can be posted to our company’s CRM. It makes managing accounts with a team much easier and keeps everyone on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate the incredible support from RingEX, which I didn’t expect to be at such a high level. I also value being able to speak with knowledgeable experts whose recommendations genuinely help our team. The integration of RingEX with different programs—CRMs, ERPs, and other platforms—is fantastic; it isn’t just a standalone tool, and it really helps streamline our operations.

The audio quality during calls is excellent as well. On top of that, the setup was very easy thanks to the thorough training materials, including PDFs and step-by-step guides, which made the transition smooth for our small team. Overall, RingEX is intuitive and very easy to use for both us and our customers, and I rely on it every day for my daily operations.

I was new to me but I was able to adapt to use it very fast.

I use RingEX for smooth integration with different platforms, making operations easy. It offers excellent support and is intuitive and simple for our team to use.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about RingEX is how it brings calls, messaging, and meetings into a single, easy-to-use platform. It simplifies communication and helps keep everything organized, making day-to-day work much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the spam call filtering. At times, it isn’t as effective as expected, and some unwanted calls still get through. Improving this feature would make the overall experience even better.

RingEX helps streamline our communication by bringing everything into one platform, making it easier to manage calls and collaboration. The support is also very responsive, and it’s easy to reach an account manager when needed, which adds a lot of value and reliability.

Easy Call Monitoring and Headset Calling Right from My Computer

What do you like best about the product?
I Like monitoring everything from my computer screen. I make phone calls from Ring Central on my computer and never use my phone, just a headset. I can also see who is available to take calls and who is logged in at any given time. Customer service has been outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is often confusing when trying to navigate "help" on my own. Changing things, such as voice, IVR menus, and auto receptionist require many steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual representation of phone calls and messages. Being able to record conversations for quality purposes. Easier for employees who work from home.

RingCentral: A Complete Enterprise Tool for International Calling

What do you like best about the product?
I use RingCentral at the enterprise level. I am responsible for managing RingCentral users and licenses within the organization.

It is a complete tool, which contains many services and features for making international calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative to this type of tools is that they are limited to the internet connection you have, from your Internet service provider - ISP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to make international calls without so many problems. The call quality is excellent. Allows sending SMS to customers and suppliers.

Effortless Transition with RingEX, Loved by Our Team

What do you like best about the product?
I love the HUD and call notes on RingEX because they make my follow-up much easier. I use the notes feature to create tasks or follow up, which I find incredibly useful. The system is easy to work with from the admin side, and our users really like the phone system. The overall system, ease of use, and pricing were key reasons for switching from Mitel to RingEX. Also, the initial setup was very easy-to-use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing it is a great phone system

RingEX solved missed calls and routing issues we had with our old system. I love the HUD and call notes for easier follow-ups and creating tasks.

Misleading 10DLC guidance and lack of transparency on SMS features

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides reliable call quality and basic phone system features that work consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of upfront transparency around SMS/10DLC eligibility, combined with incorrect guidance across multiple departments during setup. We clearly explained our business model and use case prior to signing, but were not informed of any potential limitations. After onboarding, we were told our business was categorically disallowed for 10DLC and that there was no viable path forward.

After getting no meaningful assistance, we made adjustments ourselves and were able to successfully obtain approval, directly contradicting the information provided by RingCentral.

Once approved, we then discovered that the functionality we originally needed, a shared SMS inbox, requires an additional paid add-on per user, which was not clearly disclosed during the sales process.

Support has also been inconsistent. We have had to follow up multiple times to receive responses, including from our assigned account representative, and have submitted technical questions that went unanswered.

When attempting to escalate the issue and discuss options for resolving or exiting the contract, one representative provided a non-functional scheduling link and another had availability several weeks out. Follow-up emails went unanswered.

Overall, the experience has been defined by incorrect guidance, lack of transparency, and difficulty getting timely support when issues arise.

Provides a unified phone system for handling inbound and outbound calls, team communication, and basic business telephony needs.
