Effortless Setup, Enhances Call Management

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up RingEX on my personal phone to redirect calls. I'm not always by my laptop, so having my phone with RingEX ensures I don't miss important business calls. The initial setup was simple, and I was able to generate numbers with ease. Overall, RingEX works great for our organization by giving our admin staff access to their own business numbers and separating business from personal calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
More prettier interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that RingEX separates business from personal calls and it's easy to set up on my phone. I don't miss business calls when I'm away from my laptop. Setup was simple; generating numbers was easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature of having an app-based softphone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to point out, but the UI could be made more user-friendly and easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX is solving the problem of fragmented workplace communication.
Before RingEX, teams typically used separate tools for calling, messaging, meetings, contact centers, and integrations. That led to silos, inconsistent user experiences, higher costs, and more IT overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral makes my job easy, where I can dial from my laptop from almost any screen, and run reports at the end of the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to dial off of a computer screen automatically and use a headset, rather than a handset or cell phone. It solves this problem well. I also want an app on my cell phone for after hours, which works well, too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that RingEX brings all our business communication into a single platform, which makes it easy to manage everything, especially user management. As an admin, I find it easy to add, update, or remove users from the admin portal, and it really simplifies the onboarding and offboarding process. I also appreciate that RingEX keeps us connected in our hybrid environment, where most people work remotely. RingEX solves one of my main issues by keeping us always connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I can't think of anything that I don't like about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find RingEX supports our hybrid environment, keeping us connected remotely. It centralizes business communication, simplifying management, especially user management. As an admin, I use it a lot for adding or removing users, and it simplifies the onboarding or offboarding process.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that RingEX allows me to work from anywhere, enabling phone, fax, and SMS capabilities while working remotely, which is a huge advantage. I like the ease of use for voice calls from desktop phones, PCs/laptops, and mobile devices. The easy administration through the cloud portal also stands out as a significant benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator, I wish I could scale back some of the RingEX tab features, since a few of them duplicate other tools that are already standard on our campus—for example, direct messaging (we use TEAMS).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX lets me work from anywhere by handling phone, fax, and SMS remotely, which is a huge advantage. I can easily make voice calls across multiple devices, and it’s straightforward to manage administration through the cloud portal.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility from devices to assigning numbers make onboarding (and offboarding) easy. The support responds quickly and fixes each issue effortlessly without jumping through complicated hoops. It integrates seamlessly with my CRM and the interface is easy to understand. It performs well from browser to softphone then to desk phone. All at an affordable price per user without complicated contracts. AI has made it even more effective in capturing everything for compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes assigning and reassigning numbers requires extra steps by placing them into inventory before moving a number to an existing user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete data capturing makes compliance a breeze. Making sure we have meticulous notes is critical to client care.
