Great product, better price
What do you like best about the product?
Verified email addresses and direct phone numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times the best guess feature can be off.

Less expensive alternative
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how the chrime extension mirrors search lists on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I also appreciated how easy it was to tell if someone was already in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked how often the mobile phones (and sometimes direct lines) were in correct. The logic was explained to me this way: if we think we might have a match, we'd rather show you more data rather than less. I understand that point of view, but you end up calling spouses, kids, and other random people connected to the prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Easy way to get leads we find in Sales Nav into Salesforce
2. Acquiring contact data (phone & email)
I didn't use the campaign functionality because we weren't using a prospecting tool at the time. Most of our benefit was experienced from the chrome extension.

Great platform to get leads
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, accurate email predictions, we use it for our outbound events and LeadIQ made it easy for us to find email addresses and phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it's been going great for us so far

We use LeadIQ to find contact details for prospects as a part of our outbound team efforts
Lead IQ makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Saves time when adding new leads to Salesforce. The vast majority of the time, the data collected by LeadIQ is very good and the contact details are all correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's slow and clunky in the way it performs, with me having to click the capture button over and over again before it does what it's meant to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems solved as such. The benefits are that it speeds up a repetitive task as I build a knowledge base from scratch.

What do you like best about the product?
We started using LeadIQ a few months ago and it has been so great. I finally am able to find phone numbers for prospects, which I wasn't able to on zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is sometimes my LeadIQ gliches so I have to remove the extension and re-download it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have finally been able to find contact info for prospects. it has been so much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Maybe just less glitches in the software.

Easy to integrate with SFDC and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator.

Sometimes we are missing the correct direct dial phone number.

Outbound campaigns and easy to export new leads to SFDC.
Great way to garner insight into prospects, not completely reliable all the time.
What do you like best about the product?
I love getting the information I need to reach out to the prospects that matter most. It's a simple click of the button to upload all info into our CRM systems, and it easily integrates into our other selling tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not reliable all the time. The connection between our other CRMs does not always work properly. I find myself having to triple-check the information that comes through before I can move on, which can be a time suck.

We are using LeadIQ for our outbound sales efforts. It helps us get the information we need to reach out to prospects properly.
Lead IQ is decent
What do you like best about the product?
easy to upload leads and get access to a large list at once
What do you dislike about the product?
really bad contact info. often need to replace contact info with zoominfo's jnumbers and emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sometimes its a quicker way to upload leads than other processes we have. however it isn't the best in my opinion. I think zoom info is much better to be honest with you

Ease of use. Has mainly very accurate information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Site works very well, and is very user friendly.

Sometimes, I may run out of credits.

I love how it seamlessly intergrates with Linkedin Sales Nav, Salesforce, and Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once incorrect data is marked in the CRM, it doesn't link back to LeadIQ to confirm the bad data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer aquisition, the proper email address and phone number means all the difference.
